Not responsive to our community association. Does not answer phones or return phone messages. Unreliable vendor management and bookkeeping. This affects homeowner association- when issues are not dealt with within a reasonable time that are reported by homeowners to online portal, this costs the association and homeowners more due to neglect and improper issue management/coordination.
One employee by the name of Sunshine is ALWAYS rude. She’s been with them for years- rudeness is never acceptable. Why keep people like this.. there are plenty of people looking for work who would treat clients and homeowners with respect. Her business profile statement located on the NW Management website reflects the exact opposite of how she actually conducts business.
Homeowners pay well into the association- they deserve to be treated with respect. The board invests their time- don’t make running the association harder for them.
When a company operates this way, look directly at who owns and manages them. They might be cheaper to use than other management companies, but in the end your association will suffer.
To NW..It’s a contract- but we pay you to stay in business.

I don't think I have ever written a review, but I am fed up with this management company (if they can even call themselves that!) We have had about 5 property management companies in the past 8 years, and these guys are by far the WORST! They do not respond to emails and when you get someone on the phone they are assholes to you. They constantly fine you for nothing so that they can pay for their lack of knowing how to keep a property running. They don't do research on vendors and hire shit vendors that do crappy jobs and then they have to hire a different vendor to clean up the mess they made! Mismanagement of our funds as homeowners because they can't do their jobs. They took away recycling because they get charged an additional fee by Waste Management (we have not had recycling for about maybe 4 years now) and they constantly lie about it saying that it will be brought back and that WM is the ones dragging their feet. I thought Brenda was bad, but once Kelsey took over things got even worse and the lack of communication and not giving a fuck about the community got even worse. DO NOT HIRE! They do NOT do anything to benefit the community.

I am a homeowner and board member of a condo association that used NW Management Group until 12/31/22. They have never been a great company to work with, but 2022 was a nightmare. The owners daughter took over as our property manager and seemed inexperienced and disinterested in her job. Communication was terrible, she didn't schedule board meetings on a regular basis or send reminders to the owners for services like annual fire alarm testing. They also didn't renew our homeowners insurance for 2023!They made the transition to our new property management company difficult and have not provided all of the documentation needed to set up our account.Would not recommend under any circumstances.

I am a homeowner and board member of a condo association that was managed by NW Management Group until 12/31/22. They have never been a great company to work with (not very responsive), but 2022 was a nightmare. The owner's daughter took over as our property manager in early 2022. This young woman seemed very inexperienced and disinterested in her job. Board meetings weren't scheduled on a regular basis and regular maintenance such as annual fire alarm testing/safety inspections did not take place for all of the units because reminders were not sent out with the result that we have had to pay twice for fire safety inspections which are not cheap. NW Management also did not renew the homeowners insurance for our condo association! They made the transition to a new management group very difficult and our new homeowner's association still does not have all of the documentation that they have requested to set up our account - we have been transitioning for almost 6 months at this point in time (including 2 months notice).Beware of doing business with this company.

This management company is AWFUL. Terrible service, zero responsiveness, rude communications, and unprofessional. Late fees and processing fees are absurd. Use ANYONE else.

Terrible communication, lack of accuracy, and customer service is unreachable... Frequently send out fines with pictures of the wrong house and then are unreachable by email or phone. Our community has a FB page full of owners with the same types of complaints and it's been ongoing for years. Our HOA association manager is also a real estate agent, she's tried to solicit to owners as well, not at all ethical, in my opinion. They nickel and dime for mailers and charge for their mistakes too. No consistency or transparency whatsoever, just lots of excuses, that's been our experience. RUN, don't walk!

I own a condo that NW mgt Grp oversees and I have always had a great experience with them. Ali replies to me immediately whenever I have reached out for anything. They are a very professional company to work with.

This is the worst management ever. They drive around and hand out violations for things that are ridiculous. About your grass or trash can. But they don’t do anything about things that matter. Like parking in no parking areas. Or people parking and blocking your driveway. But if your grass gets over 4” they hand out letters without even seeing why. I just had mine seeded and the gardener said not to cut it for a month. I keep the best yard on the street. They are pathetic.

This Managerial Company was the worst I have ever dealt with! Promised the world and gave us Nothing. Didn't pay vendors, on time, it happened 2 for over 3 months of not being paid the vendor had to call the Board. Senior agent was so egotistical it was her way or the highway. Blamed lack of their competency on Covid. Went ahead and did a project that was not approved by the board!

I lived in a Northwest Management property for two years and the main reason I moved out was because I knew the building was being demolished soon, but I didn't know exactly when. The proposed land use sign had been up for about a year and a half so it seemed imminent, although they hadn't kept residents updated in any way. Shortly after I moved out I received an itemized statement for my move out, some of which I was expecting (the last two months' W/S/G fees and some cleaning fees because the lease required 'professional' cleaning) and some of which I didn't expect, because the walls were in the exact same condition as when I moved in and didn't require painting or repair. One week later I received information about relocation assistance because the building is being demolished. I was annoyed that they had tried to pocket my deposit (in fact they were asking for over $200 more than my deposit) on cleaning and repairs they obviously didn't do because they were demolishinf the building, but when I asked to see receipts for the services, they actually had gotten professional cleaners in to clean an apartment they were demolishing. They wasted $800 of my money for absolutely no reason. I certainly look forward to never renting from them again.

I called to ask for a showing of a house. I mentioned I had a service animal above weight restriction and she tried to tell me no, small dogs only. I mentioned the equal housing act and my animals rights means she can’t deny me. She rudely asked me “what’s the animal even for, why does your boyfriend need him” then scoffed at me and said “well you have to have documentation and a doctors note” I told her those were easily providable. She proceeded to tell me she wasn’t even going to schedule me a showing without seeing the documents. She had a very poor attitude the whole time and tried to deny me from the start And seemed very annoyed when I mentioned a service animal. I’ll likely never recommend or even mention this place.

I am a homeowner of a community managed by NW management group. I found the company made great progress by setting up an online portal system to manage documents, share notice, make payment online in the past year. Their representatives on the phone are also nice and response in a timely manner. They are also willing to communicate directly with my contractors and insurance company when things come up.
