Don't bother if you need to store a vehicle. Their contract stipulates no vehicles may be stored inside storage units, and has a provision that they can place a lien on any vehicles left on the property. They also state you must buy their insurance even if the property being stored is already insured.

I was impressed with the price of a two month lease. Due to unseen circumstances, I needed to terminate my second month. I was told I would get a refund for the second month I no longer need. It has been over a week now since that conversation, let alone daily phone calls and at least four in person visits and nobody will respond. That is a very sorry way to run a business. I'm looking into any recourse I have to get this issue dealt with. I do not recommend this business.

So far so good. Great prices for four months I got an amazing discount with a lock and insurance and they also gave me some moving boxes. Going on my second month there and haven't had an issue.

Since I have switched from public storage to neighborhood storage I have been so much happier. Debbie has been such an amazing help when it comes to helping understand things and work with me since I have been in a rough patch. So far this place has been amazing.

Originally, I was attracted to this business from the glowing reviews on here, the clean and well maintained facility, a belief that the owners cared, and that it was a convenient location. Despite the fact that their prices were much higher than their competitors and they didn't have any if the perks other places offer, I still decided to sign with them. That is where the friendly smile faded. The original owners were bought out within the first months of renting there coming with a forced new contract. Then the gate went down for months, leaving them to restrict hours greatly and even close entirely during certain weekdays with no change to the rent given the limited access. Now, I am getting a rent increase out of the blue on a unit that was already extremely overpriced(it hasn't even been close to a year). Times are extremely tough right now, the last thing anyone needs is a greedly business raising rates outside of contract renewals. Ultimately, I would recommend any of the other storage options in the area, they tend to be cheaper, better managed, and come with perks like free storage truck rentals. As for this business, I will be filing complaints through appropriate government channels and moving out soon.

Neighborhood storage recently had problems with the front door which was not very pleasant, including the bad weather of this white climate, fortunately we have Debbie who, as always, takes away the bad mood, with her warm assistance at this time, that's why I want to make it public how lucky it is to have a person who, far from creating a bigger problem, always has a solution. Thank you Debbie Neigborhood storage must proud of you, you have great customer service.

I would highly recommend Neighborhood Storage. Debbie is great and such a sweet person. I rented a unit for over a year and I never had any problem. We left because now we have a house but I would definitely highly recommend!

This is my first time renting from you and I noticed right away that you have barb wire above your gate which I really appreciate as well as security cameras. I also noticed my unit was very clean!! Everything looks well Maintained. The only downside is the gate not working right now but was informed it should be fixed in march. The women at the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice. Thank you for making this a great rental experience and I will be a renter for a long time.

We cannot say enough good things about this Facility. We just concluded a 15 year run storing our items between 2 of their rented units. For 15 years they kept our household goods dry and safe. The only reason we left was having bought a house with plenty of room. I would HIGHLY recommend Neighborhood Storage. Roni and the crew there have been wonderful and we are sad to be leaving them. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
