Narrow Way did an amazing job painting my latest project, an 1985 Bronco. I delivered it fully disassembled, fully primed and sanded and body damage repaired.I am beyond pleased with the way the paint job turned out.I will most definitely be bringing them my future project cars and will be recommending these guys to anyone that asks.

I recently had my 1997 Dodge Ram pickup repainted. The truck had rust and peeling paint. The truck looks amazing after the work that Narrow Way performed. They honestly live and breathe these words as shown on their website, "Our guiding principals are: honesty, integrity, excellence and friendliness. All our repairs are done according to these principals". I highly recommend this company for refinish and collision work!

I took my car there two weeks ago for a estimate and checked back in a week later blew me off and still no estimate was going to get my chevelle painted there based on how they did on my car I am glad there not doing either one to be honest i would not recommend this shop on top of it the owner was 40 minutes late for are appointment with no call

My car was hit (Nov.16th) in the right side between the rear door and the trunk by a lady leaving Starbucks on broadway .... her foot slipped onto the gas peddle and she jetted forward and creamed us ... we had the car towed to Narrow Way Refinish and Collision ... (at the time I was still calling it AJ's). The first thing asked of us is if we were ok or hurt ... (we were good) then the paperwork was filled out ... they even remembered to give us our garage door opener which we would have forgotten. Because of the holidays and parts available plus the busy mailing times it took a couple of months for the repairs to be finished. Every step of the way, we were informed of the progress of the repairs. They also communicated with the lady's insurance company directly .... when all the repairs were done they also cleaned our car inside and out ... it was beautiful ... Perfect ... could not even tell if it was ever hit ... matching paint etc ... It is also a good feeling knowing that if we ever need repairs done we have a safe and reliable business we can trust ...

We've been driving our car with some faults for a while. We requested an estimate on the repair cost. We went to several shops. The first one, the receptionist snapped some pictures for their estimator to make an estimate without ever seeing the car. At Narrow Way, Tory visually inspected the damages with us and pointed out the issues. Then he prepared a detailed estimate with some repair options. We feel like the likelihood of us getting surprised at the end with "discoveries" would be much lower here.

We had a fantastic experience with Tory at Narrow Way Refinish & Collision. He was honest, responsive, and efficient with the repair work. When we initially received our quote via email; we had follow-up questions and received prompt feedback. As owners, we had missed a part that needed to be added to the estimate. Tory quickly gave us a new price and provided detailed information. We were happy to move forward and the repair was completed on- time and on- budget. We could not be happier with this service. So amazing they went above and beyond. I had out of state insurance and they made it an easy process. Delivery was fast and the time they quoted. I am so happy I chose them! Definitely would recommend for others.

Went to get an estimate in the middle of the day, but the only guy that works in the office and does estimates wasn't there. So drove back the next day, talked to the guy, he took pictures and said he'd email me an estimate. I didn't hear anything back, so I called a week later and he read me back my email address and said he'll email me an estimate as soon as he puts it together. I asked how far they are booked out and how soon I could get my truck painted. He said it would be within a week. It's been over a month and I have yet to get an estimate STILL!!! I took my truck to NW Auto body and got an incredible paint job!! I wouldn't waste my time at Narrow Way, doesn't look like they want to earn anyone's business.
