NAPA is my go to. I'm pretty sure the give bonuses for impersonal , low energy salesmanship. Or may they get pay docked per smile. Not sure, but strange environment in that store. Real strange. .The other NAPA, downtown has its own, " I don't care" feeling also.Maybe it's in The water .

I didn’t get a chance to ask for the name of the female employee I spoke with before she rudely hung up on me, I called looking for a car lockout kit as I have an employee locked out of a company vehicle, I was told that their system shows that there is 1 in stock but she was unable to locate it in the approximately 2 minutes I was on hold. I told her I would head over and hopefully they were able to locate it and I was told “I already looked and can’t find it so you are going to drive here for nothing.” I was then hung up on while in the middle of speaking. Again, not sure who this employee is, but I know if she worked for me that attitude would earn her at a minimum a write-up if not termination.

Only 1 person knows about paint. Came in 3 different times to hopefully see the paint guy. ( I waited 45 min for him to come in bc one employee said " he shows up whenever". I was there at 8am )But the Paint guy was awesome. Super knowledgeable an helpful. But the other 2 employees I spoke with had zero knowledge of really anything. Pretty frustrating experience, all 3 times.

I was doing a simple return. Of a item i purchased at the Everett location and the blonde short hair lady was more than rude and irritated bye me asking them to do there job by far worse customer service i have experience in quite some time, if not ever bad experience.....do better dont blame me for your bad day. I came in happy and threw the whole experience i was still very respectful and nice....poor customer service

This NAPA's employees were kind, but not particularly thorough when testing my battery for a warranty replacement.I needed a NAPA AAA battery I purchased tested to be exchanged under warranty. When I brought the battery over, they said that it'd need to charge, overnight, leaving me without a way to get to work. So I took the bus and got to the shop at opening, hoping to have a replacement, but they tested it and said it was "still good as it was new out of the factory" according to their technician and basic electric battery tester. A little frustrated, I walked my battery back to the bus stop and back into my car, where it still had issues starting.Took the same battery to another NAPA and they used a legitimate carbon-pile tester, where we watched the voltage drop down to 6v and push <100A in seconds. Battery was replaced by them under warranty without a second glance. I would have been saved several jump starts and hours of frustration if the technicians at this NAPA had just taken a closer look at the part I was sold - Just because a battery pushes 12v doesn't mean it's functional.

This is seriously the worst customer service you will experience. Even making an attempt to report the bad attitude of one employee to another will only have you experience bad customer service twice, It doesnt take longer than 30 seconds in that store to feel like you are of no importance at all to ANY of the employees.

Awesome Experience.I met the coolest dude named Liam who was super respectful, kind and helpful in every way. I had little issues with finding the right bulb and everything and he ended up helping me out to pick the right. After I paid, he even helped me put the head light bulbs in and ended it with a fist bump!Chillest dude with the coolest cars! Cheers Liam:)

These guys are bunch of clowns. Order the battery, listed in stock and it wasn't. Got stuck outside. All these morons can't afford the time to help me jump start my battery so I could go to the different store that the battery was in stock. Then I go to the store and Lynwood. Come to gind out that the morons refunded my purchase so I had a repurches a $300 battery. These guys can lick my balls. Auto zone for the win.
