I've only been here twice, but Rose has certainly seen to it that I will never come back here. Her team member, which I forgot his name is very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Rose, on both occasions acted as if I was bothering her and threw her arms up when I didn't give her a make or model when I asked her for a universal part that isn't associated with a make or model. On another occasion, I asked if I could get AMS oil and she barked back at me that she already put the order in and won't be paying for UPS..... All in all, it's a shame when people like this represent hard working business owners and drive potential customers out of their store and into competitors. Regardless of difficulties of retaining and finding good employees, you need to get rid of the toxicity named Rose.

Representative told me they didn’t have the part at there location and part was available at the Lynnwood napa, show up and they do not have it available. Waste of time.

I’ve been coming here for years and I can’t think of a single time where I had a good experience. Not once has anyone said hi or if they can help me find something. Mostly would stop here for paint supplies. Ever since Alan left it hasn’t been the same. Very rude service in the paint department and paint is always completely off. That happens with paint sure, but I came in on two separate occasions a month apart for the same exact paint, even brought the old can with me, and now I have a car that is two different colors!! Now I go to Wesco in Mountlake Terrace for paint. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with paint and guys there are able to answer any questions you have. Also everything I buy is discounted from regular price!

I was looking for automotive paint supplies. They had some of it, but they did know where I could go to get the rest of what I needed. So that was helpful.

Title: Disappointed Visit
When we visited the store, an old lady seemed unwilling to help. She responded to our questions with grunts and sighs, and retorted with a rude tone, “Where did you come from? Why are you asking?” Her looks were off-putting and unwelcoming. I did not enjoy the experience at all and I will not return to this store again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

NAPA is my go to. I'm pretty sure the give bonuses for impersonal , low energy salesmanship. Or may they get pay docked per smile. Not sure, but strange environment in that store. Real strange. .The other NAPA, downtown has its own, " I don't care" feeling also.Maybe it's in The water .

I didn’t get a chance to ask for the name of the female employee I spoke with before she rudely hung up on me, I called looking for a car lockout kit as I have an employee locked out of a company vehicle, I was told that their system shows that there is 1 in stock but she was unable to locate it in the approximately 2 minutes I was on hold. I told her I would head over and hopefully they were able to locate it and I was told “I already looked and can’t find it so you are going to drive here for nothing.” I was then hung up on while in the middle of speaking. Again, not sure who this employee is, but I know if she worked for me that attitude would earn her at a minimum a write-up if not termination.

Only 1 person knows about paint. Came in 3 different times to hopefully see the paint guy. ( I waited 45 min for him to come in bc one employee said " he shows up whenever". I was there at 8am )But the Paint guy was awesome. Super knowledgeable an helpful. But the other 2 employees I spoke with had zero knowledge of really anything. Pretty frustrating experience, all 3 times.
