Great staff. I always take my 4 lb fur baby there for nail trim. They are so gentle with her. They hold her snug and snip away. She isn't nervous with the ladies.

I recently moved here and have been having a rough time finding a groomer I like for my anxious pup. After a bad experience elsewhere, I am so happy to have found Muddy Paws. Everyone is so nice. They are very patient and caring with my dog and went the extra mile to get her nails trimmed even though she isn't very cooperative. We will definitely be back.

Honestly this is one of the hardest reviews to write since I loved working with Kelsey and my dogs have been going to muddy paws for a long time. It truly took awhile for me to find a good groomer .
A few weeks ago I took my two dogs to muddy paws and dropped them off around 1:30 normally it takes a few hours. It was around 4:15 and I never received a call. I got worried so I called , no answer . Then I drove up there to pick them up. Call again no answer. Upon arriving I wasn’t told anything had happened, I just had a normal conversation with Kelsey and mid conversation she said we had an accident. I thought well sometimes things happen and they’ve come home with little scratches but nothing big. She said one of my dogs got a scratch. I told her no problem. It was an accident. Per bringing the dogs out I was looking at him and couldn’t see anything until I spotted a huge gash in arm and I could see his tendon, I was shocked. I didn’t know what to say, prior to this telling me it was a scratch and offering to pay a vet bill if needed I thought how bad could it be. At no point did I get a call saying he needed to be taken to the emergency vet , how long did my dog sit in agonizing pain. his whole leg was cut up with skin hanging it was so bad he needed 3 stitches and sedation . I spent the whole night at emergency. Kelsey told me earlier to send her the bill and she never paid me for it . Never called to check on him, told me it was his fault because he’s disabled he moved. This whole thing was so traumatizing . It was handled so poorly . If I would’ve got a call or some communication I would’ve appreciated that . But I got nothing. Very disappointed I always tipped well and loved going to muddy paw but won’t return because of this incident. The vet said any closer he would’ve bled to death .

This was the best experience with a groomer . My puppy doesn't like to be groom. Sydney was patient with my nervous dog and the haircut...my puppy nevere ever looked so good. If you need a real pet groomer ask for Sidney. She is amazing
