Laid off in Seattle? Monster mortgage hiding under the bed? Losing sleep? Here is a plan: call Platz Group! Then, sleep. I was laid off November 18th, 2016, and Platz turned the house transaction trick for us in 4 months. Closed (Mar 22, 2017). Could not be happier. Sale would have happened faster, except that Thanksgiving, then Christmas, the New Years, etc. got in the way. Buy the best, only cry once.

Joe Platz made buying a house nothing like I had heard from any of my friends and/or family. His dependability, honesty and good attitude helped my husband and I get through the trying process this can be. He demonstrated competent performance through every in and out of each hurdle presented. Joe always got back to us in a very timely manner. We asked many questions in relation to many topics and if Joe did not know the answer at the present time, he would do the necessary research and get back to us. My husband is not always real easy to deal with and is very critical and skeptical of people (especially in the role Joe played in our life) but he has already told our friends and family about how Joe treated us and we will only be using Joe with any of our future needs. The appropriate time was always devoted to our needs and we found out quickly that Joe possessed specialized skills as our agent. We believe in Joe probably because he believes in himself and it is clear that he is confident of his abilities.
