I was Friday, I was about to make like a 'snowbird ' & head SOUTH to the desert in my sweet motorcoach. However I was concerned about a brake noise & needed a general brake inspection before leaving. Jennifer answered the phone there & said nope, nada, not a chance getting in, they were fully scheduled. I told her my concerns about driving 1000 miles with questionable brakes & somehow she kindly squeezed me in. These people are consummate professionals...from the nice office staff to the 'neat as a pin' service bays' to the well dressed & knowledgeable Technicians. I knew I was in good hands. My Tech fully communicated to me what he found & thankfully with minor adjustments brakes were good to go & for less than I expected. And who was that lovely Senior gentleman was I first met at the front desk? Before he left he even came out into the bay where I was to make sure everything was taken care of. All in all it was a very positive experience. I have total confidence in everyone there & next year when the motorcoach brakes need replacing, you bet your bottom dollar that my business will go to Motor Trucks International.

This review is for Bob Lloyd in sales. He really went the extra mile for me, took action to provide detailed information that I requested and wasn't able to find anywhere else. These guys were super fantastic. They went up above and beyond. They came out to me at a location and got me repaired enough for me to make it to another shop and get off of the customers dock. I so want to appreciate the young man who came out to assist me. He was fantastic
