Extremely friendly and courteous staff! I had placed an order online and came by for a grocery pickup last week. The first thing I loved was how many time slots they had available! Many places often don't have availability for the next few days, but Walmart at Everett had one for the very next day. As I was having a party, most of my order included different types of wines. What I didn't realize was that Washington state law requires pickup orders with alcohol to have a minimum of $25 of non-alcoholic purchases as well - especially since my order went through online. However, when I got to the location, the staff had to unfortunately inform me of this rule and why they couldn't give me the wine. Was it frustrating? Yes. But was it their fault? Absolutely not. That's corporate's fault for not incorporating local laws into their system. The staff at this location were nice enough to give me the option to fully cancel and refund my order, but I decided to take the non-alcoholic portion of my order anyway. While my experience for that order wasn't great, I really appreciate the staff doing its best to make it as positive as possible. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend this location and will be back - just not for pickups with alcohol.

Idk if they were desperate to get a Walmart on Everett Mall Way or what but this was a poor choice. The store was clearly repurposed from a smaller other chain store that was already there before and closed down and you can tell because the aisles are on top of each other. The self checkout registers were all closed and the manned registers only had two workers which is bass ackwards in 2024. The customers here definitely had you questioning your safety and the employees were hard to find which is hilarious being that the store was so small!

Waited for 25 minutes for anyone to help me at the toy section to unlock the glass door. Talked to 3 different workers and they all passed it off to the next person. No one had keys and no one was stationed at the electronic area.

It's a supercenter, meaning they have groceries. It's a large store and therefore difficult to keep stocked and maintained but they're doing a pretty good job. Prices are reasonable.

They'll throw boxes at your feet and legs if you go after 8:00pm. Make sure to wear shoes as they also make barricades with the boxes. (videos exist of Walmarts mistreatment to there customers) I hear about the button for lock cases. No they won't come help you even if they can. It's a rare scenario to be helped, they have to be in a good mood. You most likely have to find an employee because only team leads can hear the calls and they don't do much anyway besides walk around (trying) to look good. Target makes it a priority to help the guests as well gives the employees actual equipment to do the job. Walmart is grimy and notice, non of the employees have a walkie or TC (scanner) on them. All they have is a vest and knife because Walmart is a trash place to shop at and full of grumpy employees who are dispensable. Walmart will take any potential you had and turn you into a number. And it's the bad number too, the one that stinks and is rude for no reason.

website says open at 6:00 am they have a person at the entrance waving people off at 6:45. typical B.S. with this store. can't count how many times i have gone there after checking they have something in stock, only to get there and it is out. sit at home and order it on amazon and get it next day.

Its not normal at all when your shopping and two security guys from the store follow you around and suspect that your family is looking to steal items in the store.... Rude customer service..... Me , my husband and 4 year old were followed around the store like a bunch of thieves .... Even as a former employee of Walmart , I don't think we've ever gotten this nasty with our customers the way this Walmart has... I'm not sure exactly if this Walmart hired a bunch of Tweekers off the streets to be their security's but that was a wired experience after last night, I haven't gone to this place in a minute, the majority of the workers I use to know arent there no more..... To top it off, the self check out lady came up to me after I had scanned all the items in the cart and wanted to make check the screen that I scanned under my cart which I did ... Must be because I am brown colored,,, I get it .. that its obvious but maybe next time I will make a scene.. and put your employee on the spot... Your behavior was sickening and disgusting ... Something Needs to Change... Literally....

The ladies that work in self check out are always rude asf and I swear most times they only decide to mess with people with dark or brown skin so I went in scanned everything I needed on the app so when I was done I go to self check out to check out and the lady walks up and takes it upon herself to start scanning stuff in my cart said it is her job to scan things that are under the cart she didn't bother to ask me if I was using the app or anything it was just flat out rude so than I ended up scanning all my stuff all over because she did that than the lady wanted to go and tell some other lady how to bag her stuff because she had her backpack I mean they take out the bags than want to charge people dam near a buck for one of there small bags that you need to buy multiple of like they haven't already raised the prices on EVERYTHING in the store already

I'm sorry but why is this Walmart even open anymore? I've lost count of how many times I've come in and not been able to get razor heads because there's nobody to open the case. This last time in, I pressed the help button 6 times over a 25 minute span. When I finally gave up on waiting, I decided to try to find an employee to help me out but I couldn't find anyone to help. Where are the employees? There are barely any registers open, I watch as people just walk out with stolen items all the time. Close this Walmart like the one on 99. This store is broken.

"Sonika" at the customer service area gave me a horrible experience today while returning something. I work retail as a manager myself and if I saw how she was treating customers I'd want to retrain her or move her to a position where she wasn't interacting with people as much asap.

Nothing special it's almost a daily thing to go to Walmart. Store was very busy, but there's was a lot of registers open. Although the customer in front of me, was very very needy, I probably should've of been done 10 minutes earlier, I wasn't the nasty, impatient, rolling my eyes, hurry up lady customer. You just have to smile & be patient.

I normally don't leave reviews, but today the experience I had completely floored me. Today I went into this Walmart with my 3 year old. As usual, we walk through the toy aisle and we see a clearance bouncy house. It has a big yellow sticker on it that says clearance for $16 and some change. Walmart tends to be known for a lot of hidden clearance so I didn't think much of it but I did double check to see if there was any other ones around to compare. This was the last one around so I put it in my cart and grabbed the rest of what I needed. I go up to checkout and ask the lady how her day was and she looks at me and ignores me. She starts scanning my items and the bounce house rings up at $230. I showed her the clearance sticker and she immediately says absolutely not and rips the sticker into pieces in front of me and my daughter. I was disappointed but I told her that was okay, not a problem and that I would like to give it back and not purchase it. She responds with "fine" and goes to take it out of my cart. She then says it is too heavy and she cannot lift it and starts to make a scene about not being able to lift it. The nice customer behind me offers to help pull it out of the cart and comes to assist with it. She calls for a manager with codes to come over to void the item off my transaction. The new lady comes over and jokingly asks the employee if shes causing trouble over here. The cashier points her finger at me and yells "NO! SHE is! I was shocked. I quietly responded saying that i didn't do anything, the item just had a clearance tag on it that she said was incorrect and won't honor. The cashier says she wasn't accusing me of anything and I just said "yeah, right" and continued to grab my stuff to try to leave. She then starts to tell the customer behind me that I was crazy for thinking I was going to get this $230 item for $16 and causing a whole scene about it. The customer says the item was just mismarked, she didn't do anything, leave her alone. I responded and said "normally stores honor prices that are mismarked. I'm sure if you had really wanted to then you could have honored it" and I start to walk out the door. She yells out the door "NO we won't honor that, that would be ridiculous!" and then I heard her continue to bad mouth me to the customer behind me about it. I am so disappointed in this experience, and i will absolutely not be returning. I will be letting everyone I know to not come here. I have never been so mortified over a store experience and I can't believe my daughter had to witness this. I hope that nobody else has to experience a situation like this. I had no issue with just giving the item back because it wasn't a price i wanted to pay, that should not have been an issue at all.

I went to make a return and I got there just a few minutes after their customer service area closed. I ran into Charlie who was very busy and short handed. She was kind and caring enough to make an exception and figure out a way to process my return for me. Go see Charlie. She is the best.

Just no. The worst experience at a Walmart I've ever had. I felt super uncomfortable while shopping, the employees were extremely unhelpful as well. There are so many security features at the front it's insane.
