Kerry was absolutely wonderful. She tested me right then and there had answers right away. Asked amazing questions even personal ones to get to know me. She made it personal instead of a routine sick visit. I took my baby and she was very sweet with him interacted with him she was great! Got in right away!

Appointment at 4:10 pm. Arrived at 4:17pm. They couldn’t continue and apparently the appointment got auto cancelled. Less than 15 minutes of grace period is sad and thus the 1 star.

I recently went for a drive-through PCR test, and I must say that the service was terrible. The pharmacist were incompetent and simply did not seem to care about their job or customers. When I arrived, the pharmacist just handed me a bag of testing kits and disappeared. The instruction material provided was not clear, and when I tried to reach out to them for assistance, no one comes out.According to the instructions, the result should have been available within 1 or 2 days. After 3 days of waiting and many unanswered phone calls, they finally texted me and said they lost my paper work! If a person is really sick, the 3 days of wasting time could means life or death! In light of this experience, I would advise anyone stay away from MinuteClinic testing and this CVS location.

The nurse practitioner (Amanda Lee) at this location is a vulture with no integrity. My wife has heart condition which we think qualified her for antiviral treatment when she caught COVID. As per CVS website, it is clearly written "while there is no cost for the Paxlovid medication if prescribed, you may be charged up to $60 dollars for the clinical assessment fee". This NP did the clinical assessment, deemed my wife as not in high-risk category to qualify for paxlovid, then offered my wife if she needs prescriptions to manage her symptoms, WITHOUT disclosing that it's a different kind of service that will incur higher fees. CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH! As my wife was pretty ill at that time, she didn't think too much and agreed to it, and she got charged the maximum fees for CVS MinuteClinic service, which is $139. This is what called being an OPPORTUNIST taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable moment. A medical practitioner with 0 integrity like this should not be serving our community.

Please don't go for a DOT physical.. The CVS employee Amanda Lee kept telling me i had to get a sleep study. In my 10 years of driving trucks i never had a problem. The only thing important for her was to get my insurance information for a sleep study. She asked me 5 or 6 time for my insurance information. Than i get text message saying i cancel my appointment.. I think she didn't want me to get survey from CVS..

I had visited Minute Clinic in CVS Pharmacy located @ 11918 Airport Rd, Everett, WA 98204 along with my wife and kid. The visit was to do some medical test for my wife and my kid. The doctor Danielle E. Leonard, NP has done a fantastic job taking care of us. She is super respectful and welcoming the patient (us), and professionally handles the every step in a very structured and efficient manner. We had some questions in between, and she answered all questions very patiently and diligently. I have never had any experience with Minute Clinic and honestly had suspicions about it, but it turns out be super great. Definitely Danielle E. Leonard NP will be my future go-to doctor if medical situation came up.
