Update to earlier post regarding unsatisfactory care at Providence Mill Creek Urgent Care May 2023. I wrote a letter directly to this clinic describing my concerns. It has been three months with no response or even acknowledgement of letter. Guess this should not surprise me, but it does disappoint.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lab corp turned away my daughter! They can't work past 5PM they said. This is the "Stellar" healthcare they offer? What a joke. I walk in at 4:25PM but I was still turned away. How unprofessional. I spend 2 hours to get here & back all for nothing.

I cannot believe this place...I'm pregnant and they prescribe me a medication that clearly says is unsafe for pregnancy. I then have to go back into the clinic to tell them and they prescribe me the same medication that didn't work previously.
