Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I spoke with an associate over the phone and told them that I was coming in for a new phone. I showed up like 15 minutes later, and the associates were quick to know what I was in there for.

I was in crisis mode with my cell phone about to fully erase all of my content because buttons got stuck. I'm on call and couldn't be without my patients information. The first Metro PCS store I went to couldn't help me. I went to the one on casino road and Jazmin was amazing. There was a lot to figure out and even though she was extremely busy and alone she took the time to help me. She not only saved all of my information and fixed my phone but explained why my phone wasn't doing well. I ended up buying a new phone because of her insight. There was no pressure from her to do so. Jazmin stayed 40 minutes past closing to help me. That just doesn't happen now of days. I can't thank her enough and will always go to this store for all of my future phone needs and recommend my friends do the same. She is truly exceptional! Thank you Jazmin!

The young lady that works there was rude and unhelpful. The two girls that are usually there are awesome. She was rude and snarkky. Don't go on Monday's late in the evening. I don't write reviews but I felt like it was necessary

January 12, 2023, I bought 'moto g stylus 5g 2022' at the metro pcs Everett retail store for $320, $23 activation fee, tax, and a total of $375. Everything else worked well with the phone, but incoming calls went directly to voicemail without ringing and incoming messages delivery take 2 to 10 min or delivery nothing. January 14, I visited the store to explain the problem with the phone, and the owner also understood the phone's problem. I liked the performance and price of the phone, but after finding out about the phone's problems, I searched the Internet and found that there are many people with the same problems as me. Technically motorola is a Chinese company since 2014. I didn't ask for a full refund, but I asked for an exchange with a different brand phone, but the owner of the store only exchanges phones with the same price or higher with no full refund. Among the limited inventory of the store, my favorite brand was the Galaxy a14, which was released in January 2023 and costs a little over $ 200, but if you choose it, you can't return the difference. So I had to choose the $329 Galaxy a23, which was released in March 2022 with almost the same specs as the Galaxy a14. Between two different model numbers, almost same spec & different price. Why should I pay more? Of course, the defective phone is neither my fault nor the store owner's fault, but if a full refund is not possible, I think the exchanged phone's price difference should be returned. Best Buy is full refund within 14 days. And so easy to activate new phone online for myself without paying activation fee, if you buy a phone from the metro pcs retail store, they are going to activate your phone and charge $23 plus tax. No choice & period. You should think twice buying a phone at metro pcs Everett retail store.
