Expensive,
Not professional,
Zero communication skill,
Took almost three hrs to replace the tire rod (initially said 1 hr), left the car with worse alignment ever, I was lucky I had no accident!!!

Yesterday, I had an engine misfire after I accidentally over-torqued the spark plug. I was in a bind, and I brought the car to the shop as the engine was sluggish. The owner, I think, his name is Mohammed, said he would help me out. It was store closing time, and after an hour long wait, they helped me diagnose and fixed the problem. Really exceptional. Thank you folks!

Went in to get AC fixed. Service was good and the price was decent. Had to leave the car overnight since the diagnosis ran longer than expected.
However, I noticed that they messed up the interior of my car. Looks like they just shoved a screw driver to take off the interior pieces instead of using a plastic trim removal tool. It looks like they also didn't put the screw back in that keeps the interior pieces together. Probably won't be going back.

These guys are great. I usually go to the shop over in Mukilteo, but I was over in this area test driving a truck I was looking to purchase privately. They fit me in last minute on a Saturday morning.
My personal test drive of the truck had gone great, but I am no mechanic so I came here for a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. I filled them in on the details and went on my way. They gave me a call to come back about 90 minutes later, and delivered some bad news, but probably saved me a headache and potential thousands of dollars! They let me know about some engine rod knocking happening when the truck got to a certain RPM, and even demonstrated the issue to me. They recommended not to purchase the truck, which is advice that I took. They didn't like being the bearer of bad news, and even gave me a discount on the inspection after that.
These guys are pretty local to me, and I've never been disappointed with the shop in Mukilteo, and this location also holds up to the name.

WOW!! The customer service is the best! I have been to so many mechanics and no one has ever given me service like this. Mohammad is a a very sincere person who listens. You can give him your keys and trust that he will handle the problem, without any fear of being overcharged. All work was done same day. Honest mechanics with pretty good customer service. My car had shut down, so I had it towed to this shop. It took a couple days, but they ran a full diagnostic on it, managed to find the problem and fixed it. Thankfully it was just some dirty fuel injectors. Just needed a cleaning is all. They did it on the house since it was my first visit. Runs well, drives well, they are awesome folks. Other businesses I've been to have charged at least 100 for this same issue.

These people are awesome. I woke up this morning planning to pick a friend from the airport and I found my car’s window and rear glass destroyed which could ruin all my plans for today, they were able to fix my damaged car at the same day. They are so honest friendly, I’m really happy with my experience with them, I cannot thank you all enough specially Mo and G.
