I have been with this insurance service for my adult life (20years almost) I am so thankful I have found them. They have always given excellent service and given us all the tools to make sound insurance decisions. From annual check ins that have reconfigured our packages to save us lots of money every year to Christmas cards, small gifts and even a personal call if an accident was reported, they go above and beyond. They even anticipate any possible needs based on our phone conversations. My daughter loved the mini bundt cake treat after we were in a minor accident. You treat us like family. We appreciate you Claudia and Nick! Keep up the great work.

They were fantastic for the first 10 years I paid them and didn't need their services. My first claim was denied and cost me $60,000 on my rental home. Probably not completely their fault, but they shouldn't have sold me on an faulty policy.

these folks are thoroughly conscientious, timely, pro-active, and friendly. they are thinking about my insurance when i am not, and check in with me from time to time just to make sure there are not changes that need to be updated. recently I got a call because my motorcycle insurance was going to automatically renew, and caitlin found me the same coverage at a dramatically better premium with another company. usually you have to pay a significant amount to have a business professional manage some portion of your enterprise. this is one of the truly valuable exceptions to that rule. of course you pay some small amount eventually as the companies who compensate the brokers pass that cost along in premiums. but even if that were a concern, might as well take advantage of the excellent service you are going to pay for whether you use it or not, right? classic no-brainer. just do it. mcclain will take great care of you and your insurance needs and they'll almost make it fun.

Claudia McClain and her staff are the most professional group of agents around. Every time I call them they are quick to respond. In fact the other day, Claudia responded to me on a Saturday! How cool is that. The other great part is that they are so involved in the community. It's great to do business with those people who are interested in people over just making a buck.
