The team is friendly and professional, which makes working with them a breeze. Overall, they make the whole experience hassle-free and enjoyable. Bought a non-Mazda from the lot - a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison. Have taken my truck there for free car washes by hand and free oil changes for 6 years. Friendly and professional both up front with their sales people and at the back end with their service representatives!

I came here to purchase a used car and my experience has been fantastic, honestly great group of people and they take care of the cars and customer for sure. Luis Soriano is a rockstar of a guy and I have been looking for cars long time and he is knowledgeable and most importantly he is honest and transparent!
I ended up buying a car the next day and indeed with this kind of experience and how they back their cars and stand by customer makes all the difference

Very disappointed!!! I have bought 2 cars from these guys, in both of my cars the Cadillac converter went out. Have had ALL MY SERVICES DONE THERE. So many things told me not to go back but I kept going back. Were is the customer service, do the mechanics know what there doing? Is it common for the Cadillac converter to go out? I don't think so

I took my car in for a service. The work is done in a timely manner. They also did a general check-up, followed by a fairly thorough car cleaning. Definitely recommend!
It was very easy to work with the folks here.
We started initial email/phone contact with Emma, and made an appointment for test drive.
On the day of test drive we worked with Kortney.
And finally finance we worked with John.
all great people and pleasant to work with
Very smooth every step of the way.

I had an exceptional experience at Mazda of Everett! From the start, Emma was super helpful and offered me a fantastic deal. She even went the extra mile by offering to pick me up from Sea-Tac Airport since I was flying in from California. That kind of service is rare and really made a difference.
When I arrived, I met with Luis, who was incredibly knowledgeable about Mazda cars. He made everything easy and straightforward. Tom in financing also did a great job—he got me an excellent rate, and I might even call back to take advantage of some of the offers they presented.
Overall, the entire experience was awesome, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Mazda. Highly recommend Mazda of Everett!

We agreed on a price over the phone, and she made the entire in-dealership experience the smoothest I've ever had. There were no additional fees or hidden costs—I was in and out in an hour! Service has gone down hill as of late. I took my wife’s CX-5 in for service in July. Upon further investigation of the invoice, I discovered that I had been overcharged. It took three phone calls (one where the service advisor refused to help and the other two were never returned after the receptionists sent messages to the service department) before I finally had to drive in to find someone willing to help me. I also discovered the shop left a rag underneath the engine air filter, something the shop seemed rather ambivalent about when I brought it to their attention.

Came in to look at cars today as we are looking to buy. Salesman standing at door didn't offer to help us we wandered arround the lot and none of your sales staff came to ask if we needed help. Guess you do not want to make a sale!! Going to Jeep to buy a car

Jill was extremely helpful in finding the right car that I was looking for and walking through the process. Even thought I didn’t make the purchase at the end of the day, I’d whole heartedly recommend this dealer if you’re looking for a Mazda. They were able to offer a bigger discount compare to other dealers.
