I brought an item to be mailed in December, and it was completely botched up by the clerk. I wrote to the owners and never got a reply back. I had brought a roll of sailcloth to be mailed. Since this is a place that is supposed to wrap things to mail, I told him I’d like it wrapped in brown paper. I told him twice I’d like it wrapped in brown paper. He took my phone number and said, “If there’s a problem, I will call you. That’s why I’m taking your phone number. “ When I walked out of there, I thought it was going to be wrapped in brown paper and sent. He did not wrap it. All he did was put a label on a roll of pure white sail cloth and sent it through UPS. So, when my son received it, it was completely ruined, filthy dirty. No surprise there. When I went to talk to the clerk, he tried to put a claim into UPS. I told him it was not UPS’s fault, it was his fault, but he still put a claim in, and it was denied by UPS, which it should’ve been, because it was not their fault. They said it hadn’t been wrapped good enough. Well, I knew that. So the $151 worth of sail cloth was completely ruined and unusable for a film project my son needed it for. Again, I wrote to the owners, but I’ve never heard back from them. I used to own a business, and I would answer every customer back, whether it was the answer they wanted to hear or not. I will never go here again. Luckily, there’s a mailing service down in Millcreek I will use, and they open at 9 AM, which is better for me.

If I had my way I would give no star but I have no choice but to give 1 star. Bad service!!! I understand when you have so many mails / packages I come almost everyday to get my package and only received 1 big box and there was supposed to be 2. But never received the second. I had ordered 48 Christmas cards that was supposed to be mailed out. I yelled at the wrong person who I ordered it from, and she said" a guy name Ethan had signed and received it on the Dec 20th. So I apologize to the customer service rep. Upon my arrival at the post office he said I don't have any other package, I tried to keep it cool, it is now Dec 23. then came Monday post office is closed. Christmas has passed. I went and spoke to Ethan he finally gave my package on Tuesday Dec 27 I'm so piss off. So now I'm stuck with 48 wasted Christmas card dated 2022 that never had the chance to be sent out. Ordered through Shutterfly. I have been using this mail box for 20 plus yrs and went through 2 ownership. It is now time for a change to stop my service with these people and go somewhere else. I think they should at least pay for my 48 useless Christmas cards. It was Ethan who did not hand my cards on time! It was sitting on the shelf since Dec 20th. All this time!! BS!!!!

I have been coming to Mail Boxes N More for years because it's close and convenient. They have really cleaned the place up, and it looks nice, but the customer service needs improvement. I went in and met the owner and her husband, so I could pay a bill, and she was very rude and condescending. I must say this is not the first time I have been treated this way? I will be finding another place to do business at, as this is no way to treat people who are paying for you to be open. They also charge more for shipping than most places, including printing items.

Just about everything in the store seems good to me, they were very quick and knew exactly which questions to ask, and they were very polite.However, the pricing is rather obnoxious. Be ready to pay twice what you intend to ship if it's your first time there. $45 for a 3lb box from Washington to Texas.

Always such great service! Everyone that works there has always welcomed me with a huge smile! I have another mail place next to my house that's closer but i'll drive the extra few minutes to experience great service!

Super friendly staff and will take prepaid labels when postal annex rudely tells you they won’t. The staff here goes above and Beyond to help their customers. Will go here for all my postal needsEditing to add that they have new management so would give them another try. Mew management is awesome

I use this place regularly, as I live right up the road. I've had to call a couple times to verify things, like they don't sell packing tape; but the staff directed me to the Bartels in the same parking lot. A lot of reviews on here are from one random bad experience with an oddball request, or one disgruntled employee having a bad day and a lot of it is nonsense. I've had way better luck here than at a post office, or other retail store like Walmart. I walk in with pre-printed shipping labels and haven't had any issues. I use this place to avoid porch pirates when it's important. I don't try to ship things the day before Christmas and expect miracles for free.

This place straight up lost our packages (worth $150), then Nicole told us there’s nothing she could do about it? No refund or nothing so $150 out of OUR pockets with a “sorry you didn’t ask for a receipt”. Why would you ask for a receipt when you’re simply dropping off a premade labeled package? Never going back. Don’t recommend to anyone.
