Loss prevention was ridiculous and outright rude very unprofessional. Stereotypical people embarrass themselves when they are wrong. Couldn't find a employee to help me!

From the minute I pulled into the parking lot the "security officer" and one of the Lowes employees they would not stop staring at my truck and myself when I walked in. They were obviously profiling me thinking because of the way I look or dress or the way my truck looks that I must be some kind of theif. When in all reality I own my own business and do pretty well for myself. Not sure why they act that way or try to intimidate customers rather than greet them when they come in and make them feel welcome. For sure the worst experience I have ever had at any Lowes in my long time purchasing things from them. Would rather spend the extra money at Ace hardware than to be treated and looked at like that.

Purchased a microwave and had a horrible experience. The guy who was originally helping us was great (Vincent) and he was just trying to figure it out. He asked Sharon the manager for help specifically on signing a contract for installing said microwave. This woman was so rude, that it genuinely took me a back a little. I felt the need to stand up for the older man who she was treating HORRIBLY. IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Sharon seriously needs to find someone else to pick on, and it would shock me if she continues to stay employed there.

Standard Lowe's for selection and cleanliness, but hard to find help. The good staff are with customers and the rest actively avoid eye contact throughout the store. Kind of a bummer, I expected more.

I have been shopping at this location for a longtime but I will never ever, go back there.I would love to understand what the logic is behind, treating your paying customers like criminals, while all the drug addicts steal everything in sight and camp outside on the property...its so ridiculous but thats Everett, for ya!!!

Been waiting for someone in blinds to help us for over an hour. Employees keep saying someone is coming. I think they’re punking us to see how long we’ll wait around. :-(Edit— after flagging down a manager ourselves Josh from flooring helped us get our blinds! Thanks Josh!!

Would be great if they updated their website to reflect their hours. Was working on a project and needed a few parts. Checked the website and it shows open until 9 pm on Sunday. So I finished up a few more things then headed down there at 8:15. Well the place was closed. How hard is it to have updated information in today's world.

They get a good customer service person and they are gone in no time, phone system just cuts you off for Prodesk after holding 7-15 minutes/3 times, finally 4th time someone picked up and assisted then charged me double what it would cost to have someone pick it up to recycle an appliance and never ever have I paid to recycle an appliance!!! (Bought over 20 appliances in 2 years!!!!) sooooooo sad!!!!
