Truth be told I hate this place. I give 2 stars for having parking and some brands you might want... forget ryobi and forget any common switch or breaker in your house they all came from home depot and carry a different brand than Lowes.

Had issue with Advantage card and Andrea helped me with credit customer service. Worked out better with her help and water tank replace.

Every single time I go to this Lowes I get the help I'm looking for, and quickly. Things are more often than not in stock, unlike other big box stores. The store is clean and well organized.
I wanted to give a special review for my last trip. Dale and Shelia went so far above and beyond in helping me and they did it with smiles and shared laughs. Not one drop of "I hate my job" energy. From getting a ladder, to checking out, to loading my vehicle, these two were awesome. I very much appreciate their kindness and service with smiles. I'm looking forward to seeing them and asking for help again soon.

Wanted to buy some Ladybugs Worms and Praying mantis for my Sister's garden. Found the funniest friendliest lady in the garden center. She even help my pick out a Red geranium. If your into gardening and want to help your garden bloom. Go to this Lowe's.

The strangest experience ever in a paint department. I bought stain a couple of weeks ago which they tinted at the time. After testing I needed it darkened a bit. When I asked them to add more tint the person opened the can, said it was too full and there's nothing they could do. I asked if some could be removed, they responded as if I was asking them to break into the store safe "no, it's hazardous material, I won't do that". I wasn't asking her to dump it down the drain or on the floor!
I walked around a bit to look for a container with a lid.
When I returned with the solution she was hesitant to proceed. I asked her how her day was thinking maybe it had been rough. She replied that she felt she was being taken advantage of. I paused, then apologized for making her feel that way. She finished adding the pigment and put it in the shaker and told me where I would find it when done if she wasn't present.
I thanked her, she gave me a dismissive "have a good day".
Looks like I'll be shopping elsewhere for anything I need and can get somewhere else.

Lowe’s is doing less and less for veterans. They have taken a lot of veterans discount away all of the appliances. They have shown that they actually do not care about veterans now.
On a good note, the self check out person. Barbara is probably the best I have ever experience that I have had the chance to meet her. I have never even if the company loves itself no longer cares about veterans.

Attempted to make a purchase using a company credit card and the POS system kept trying to process the transaction as though I were using a debit card. None of the stations at self-checkout, regular checkout, or customer service would perform any differently. This has happened at multiple locations. I am employed by a large national company and would rather use Lowe's than Home Depot, but HD can process my company card.

I went to Lowe's to get some flowers for my condo deck. I was really impressed with how healthy and lush their plants were. My deck looks great.

Had a great purchase experience in the major appliance department with a veteran employee named Vincent. He was super helpful from start to finish and was very polite gave us time to think as we shopped. He saved us some cash with promos and we swapped some military stories when we were thru. If you need an appliance Vincent is the man to go see. A+++

In pre paying an order to have it picked and staged for pick up the next day, the day crew communicates the order to the evening shift and my order was not picked and set out. Prob trivial to a home owner but I'm a business owner and have to operate efficiently. So when I take steps to save myself time and the store drops the ball it requires more of my time than if I just went and shopped myself. Not sustainable as a partner
