Would be great if they updated their website to reflect their hours. Was working on a project and needed a few parts. Checked the website and it shows open until 9 pm on Sunday. So I finished up a few more things then headed down there at 8:15. Well the place was closed. How hard is it to have updated information in today's world.

Waiting the wood area for 20 min to get a sheet of plywood cut. After 20 minutes I walked around and noticed that the only people that seemed to be working were those taking money, checkout. On my way out I spied a worker asked if lumber was staffed today she told me to go to the back counter, I told her it had 9 people in line. She said sorry. Home depot gets my business from now on. This place amazes me that it can stay in business as long as it has without seemingly anyone working there.

I had the best buying experience at Lowe's in the appliance department from Ann Marie. She was friendly, well informed on the different brands and extremely helpful. I've been shopping around for a new washer the past couple weeks and found that most other stores weren't as well versed as her, or they were just plain non existent. As soon as walked in to appliance department I was greeted with a friendly hello and from there she was able to answer all my questions. I now have a new washer that will be delivered in two days. I'm super happy with my purchase and how easy Ann Marie made the whole buying process. I plan on adding additional new appliances in the near future and will definitely be back to purchase them from her.

Lowe's Flooring?? Buyer Beware. Know your Own measurements if you are getting a flooring quote from Lowe's subcontractors. Premier Services Group sent an estimator out for my 462sf re-carpet job and the quote came in for 660sf of carpeting. Now, there may be Some overage needed for cutting, fitting and overlap for two bedrooms and the joining hallway; but I guarantee you 30% overage is stupidly excessive. Get a second quote -- the one you'll Probably go with.

You gotta love when there's not a single shopping cart of any kind at the entrance and you have to go outside back to the parking lot to scrounge one. then when you tell the employee "hey you have zero shopping carts" they answer "yeah, we know". At least they had employees to complain to, right?

Flawless service in the appliance department today. Shayla helped us quickly, and doubled checked several wash machine and dryer options we were looking at. It's so helpful when the staff is willing to do the most, and she did with a can do attitude. We brought our broken wash machine in, because we desperately needed to replace it same day. She made it seem no problem (which we were hesitant about bringing it in the first place). $40 recycling fee and it was taken care of on the spot. The cashier Christmas, was so sweet and kind. She was bubbly and friendly and processed everything quickly. She also coordinated the drop off of our new dryer. Shayla and Logan helped my husband unload the wash machine and load the new one onto our truck. I'll say it again; flawless, it was a seamless process and we couldn't be more grateful as we were stressed about our machine being broken in the first place. We got a silver set of LG machines and we can't wait to use them. Also, this store just has a really chill vibe and the bathrooms were clean.

I attempted to set up a toilet installation through Lowe's, however, Lowe's now uses a middleman organization called Handy to schedule installations. The overall service at Handy was terrible. I tried to get a toilet installation scheduled for almost two weeks without success. The only response I got from the customer service people who answered the phone was an "I'm sorry but this is how the system works." Well, Handy, your system is not working. The final insult happened this morning when the "customer service" person I talked to hung up on me. I will never use your company again. Nor will I ever use Lowe's installation service again.
