This dealership is amazing. Everybody was friendly and very patient. Our salesman Daniel was very patient with a lot of knowledge about the car and he definitely understood our needs. Never push us even a bit and we got the best price. We are so happy with our purchase. I strongly recommend the dealership and especially Daniel! Thank you for the good experience we had!

Even though I have a warranty on my car that I bought from them 2 years ago, I have to pay a repair shop to fix my car. When you need service, even an emergency not just oil change, they are booked 3 months out. They just built a brand new, 20+ bay facility and they can't service their customers? Why don't they prioritize people who bought directly from them? Why should I have to go PAY for a service when it's under warranty with Hyundai? Maybe that's the plan...they prioritize cars that are NOT under warranty so they get $$$$. Warranty cars are low on the list.
Just so you know, it’s all the other Hyundai dealerships in the area too. They’re even more booked out because they have like 8 service bays. Did I mention the extremely rude and clearly unhappy service team members?

Had an excellent experience with Fabian at Lee Johnson Hyundai. After our ten year old car was totaled, we suddenly had to look for a new vehicle. A lot had changed in ten years. Fabian helped us to look at different cars and didn’t hesitate to provide car options and trim packages. He was helpful without being pushy and gave us time to make our own decision. We went back three times but finally, after comparing the options with the new 2025 models, we chose the 2024 Tucson Hybrid Limited. Despite being a busy Labor Day weekend, Fabian and Becky gave us a great rate and made the whole process seamless!

For a few days, I was looking for a car and I stumbled upon my dream car for now. I put in a preapproval and called the dealership and they informed me that I can come in and get a quote for my trade-in and look at the new car. As soon as I walked in they had all of my information already. They guaranteed me that my credit will not be ran up like crazy and sure enough they got me an approval on the first try. They let me test drive the car and they made me look at it and make sure that it was everything that I saw online. They gave me more than enough for my trade-in. I had a little bit left over to go towards the new car and within three hours, I had my new car. Everyone was exceptional and every single person that was there that helped me. If I lived here long enough to purchase a car from them again, I would go there first. thank you guys so much for just being loving and caring and helpful. Thank you, Tyler for keeping me occupied during the process thank you Reily for speaking with me and doing everything in your power to make sure I'm happy. I am not sure about other guys name. I forgot, but he was the best as well. All three of them work perfectly together.

Really amazing place. I was taking my car in for an oil change and told them that the heat had stopped working in my car. I not only got an appointment for the next business day, but they fixed the problem AND performed the updates from the recall notices on my car that I had been putting off. I've gone to them for years and they are easily the best place to take your car. This place has made me a Hyundai customer for life.

I hate going to dealerships, spending hours to buy a car! And we did not expect our daughter’s first car to be bought from this dealership. Fabian made it all happen, even if the car we originally went to look for was not there. He searched everywhere until he found the perfect one, all within our budget! Great job!!

We spent all day looking for a vehicle for my son after he unfortunately hit a deer with his last one. He researches everything about the car he wants and won’t settle until he finds just the right one. After going to 2 other dealerships and being given one outrageous price of almost double what a new one would cost (I won’t name that dealer), we called Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett and spoke to Nick and he told us that they had 2 of the vehicles my son was looking for available. We came in and Nazy was able to help us and she was AMAZING!! She was so nice, patient and knowledgeable about the car. The showroom was non-stop busy but she took the time to answer all of our questions, made us feel comfortable and we felt bad for making her stay so late. We ended up buying both of the 2023 Sonata SEL Plus’s. Thank you so much Nazy and Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett!!! We will definitely be back, but not too soon!

Oh boy. I’d recommend going to a different dealership that actually values your business and wants to take care of you.
We arrived at the dealership looking at a 2024 Hyundai Elantra N red 6spd. Car was excellent. The sales guy I forgot his name, not so much. The most boring of test drives. Get back to look at numbers and he takes down info does all the usual stuff. Then later comes back with the numbers and they offered $10k bellow current market for my trade in (which is in pristine condition and low miles). I tell the dude that’s not even close to what it’s worth and wayyy bellow even blue book value. He argues with me for abit saying maybe we can get an extra $1k. There’s not a single one of my trade in for sale right now that is below blue book. The numbers don’t add up. Then he got a heavy attitude with us . So we got up and left.
I’d stay away from this place. I wonder who else has gotten a horrible trade in value and was taken advantage of. Shame on yall.
