DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a facial steamer in November 2022 for my esthetic business that I started February 2023. The steamer has several cracks in the arm after only a few months of use. I have been in this industry using facial steamers for 8 years and have never had a steamer break in such a short amount of time. I reached out to the company to ask if they can replace the arm under warranty because it certainly hasn’t been a year. Colleen replied after a few days and says the arm is not covered under warranty but I can order replacement parts through them. Absolutely not. I should not have to replace a part on my brand new steamer after only a few months of use!!! They do not stand by their products because they know they are horrible quality. Just take a look through these reviews and there are many other professionals that have dealt with similar faulty products by this company. I will make sure every Esthetician I know is aware to never order from this company.

Strongly suggest not purchasing due to lack of support. They are unable to tell you anything about a product besides purchase another one. Spend the extra money with another company for better quality

I’ve purchased equipment in the past and things worked out well, I never had to contact them, however this time it did not. I was very disappointed to learn that customer service isn’t what I thought. I purchased a rather inexpensive portable 3 & 1 Microdermabrasion machine and it was clearly defective with no strong suction, even on high. I notified LCL of the issue, was told that it was sitting around the warehouse, let it run for a while. That didn’t work. Then I was told to send a video which clearly showed poor suction to a technician there… Technician says it’s working fine. Apparently this technician knows nothing about a microdermabrasion treatment and what the machine is supposed to do. I own 3 already… Then round 3, I was told to send the machine back “on me” because they so call have something in writing, which would never stand up in civil court. Anyway I chose to keep the machine for the parts aka tips & hoses and buy another from elsewhere. I no longer plan to do business with them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. I also have a woods lamp that is very dull but I don’t feel like going there. Get it together LCL! Keep your broken stuff in that warehouse! Stand behind your customers because all we want is working equipment and we have no reason to be attempting to rip off a beauty supplier. If times are hard, they will be harder when more not so valued customers leave. Bye

This company has absolutely no customer service skills. Do not buy from here!!! I purchased a steamer that kept beeping midway of water line and it had it bad smell to it, so when I asked if I can return it they said yes. But I'm responsible for shipping. We'll shipping is $90 dollars!! How should I eat this cost as a consumer when your steam is inadequate?? When I talk to the lady she told me that I'm responsible and to have a nice day!!! This is not how you treat your estheticians and I advice extreme caution when you purchase from here. I even asked to speak to a manager kindly and rudely got denied. Who is running this company??SHAME SHAME ON YOU FOR the I don't care what your new 200.00 steamer is doing you are responsible to get it back so basically I'm out 100.00

I ordered a complete order, and the order arrived incomplete. I requested it on the remote control, and it arrived, not an electrician. The order is not the same. I do not recommend buying from them at all, and they are available on Amazon I do not recommend buying from them at all. I have a well-known salon in the city of Naishville … and for another reason, when returning the facial machine and returning the bed, they took an amount in exchange for the refund. They are not trustworthy. I do not advise anyone to ever buy from them .. This is my duty to warn some salons about this company. for this thing

Sent me an old model unit. When I returned it because it was defective they refunded $60 I paid $250 this is an unethically company. Thank you Amazon for a A to Z claim. If you buy from then direct use a credit card so you have protection.

I’ve purchased multiple different skincare devices and rolling carts and always had a pleasant experience. They have great customer service and prices too! All the workers are extremely helpful, especially Ricky. I even brought my facial steam machine in to be looked at and they fixed it extremely fast. I would highly recommend them and I will be looking at their products whenever I want something new or replaced.

They sell poor quality equipment through Amazon and when it broke after a few uses, instead of returning money or replacing items, they suggest to send it to LCL Beauty store at your cost for a repair. Very disappointed with such an unprofessional approach.

I am so happy with this company. They have excellent customer service. They saved the day when a part of one of my machines broke, and gave me a very reasonable deal to get a replacement part shipped so quickly. I will definitely be using this company again. They have earned my business.

They originally sent me a faulty defective product. The brush attachment never worked at all , the facial arm was never sturdy so it just got worse and finally cracked. In ordered for them to repair it they want you to pay to have it shipped back to them. Ridiculous!!! why would someone pay absolutely anything extra for an item that should've worked properly when initially bought. Horrible customer service , very rude, have no understanding customer wise and they do not care that ppl spend alot of money their hard earned money on these products. All they are worried about is the warranty and even within the warranty they find ways not to honor it or give you the run around until your warranty is up. Wish i would've known i would have never purchased something just for it not to work. A WASTE!!!

The whole company is a scam BEWARE!! I literally had the worst experience purchasing a facial steamer from LCL Beauty. Never, I repeat never buy anything from them!!! They are a total rip off. I receive the steamer and the mag light cover is broken. I take a picture and send it to them. Then after I set everything up, I discover that none of the high frequency modalities are working or emanating the argan color as advertised. I sent a video demonstration that. They send me a shipping label and when they receive the steamer, they still charged me the "25% restocking fee" for a defecting steamer that I presented physical and visual proof of malfunctioning. When I called to question them about it, they stated their "technician" assembled the machine and it worked fine. Their are plenty of reputable and unfortunately they are not among that list.... I purchased 3 salon chairs 18 months ago and right away started having problems with the hydraulic making a weird noise and clicking sound then they kept reclining back to far and wont stayup am doing hair and my client is falling back they offered to sell me replacement parts for 18month old chairs it was all 3 I bought absolute nightmare and they leak hydraulic fluid out on to the base of the chair am so disgusted and disappointed with my chairs !!! I cant believe they would want me to buy the parts !!! Buyer beware of there chairs not even offer me a discount in maybe another chair there reclining chair is awfuldo not buy them !
