I’ve been going to Labella’s for over 10 years, Kim is efficient and quick I’m always happy with the results when I leave. She makes you feel very welcoming right as you enter into her shop! She’s very flexible with scheduling and will always try her best to accommodate to your all of your needs!

My daughter had eyelashes done there last night 80 dollars the woman who did them did a horrible job her eyes were so red from the glue it was crazy we had to remove the bottom eyelashes there was way to much glue my daughter's eyes were solid red she was in so pain from the glue .ALL OF MY DAUGHTERS BOTTOM EYELASHES CAME OUT SHE DOESNT HAVE ONE EYELASHES ON EITHER EYE I DEMAND THAT THEY GIVE EVERY CENT BACK .AND YOU NEED TO CHECK THAT WOMANS WORK TO MAKE SURE THIS IS HAPPING TO OTHER WOMEN .OH THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE DID THIS TO MY DAUGHTER.WOW I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS A NEW EMPLOYEE THAT WAS JUST LEARNING MY DAUGHTER JUST TOLD ME THE OWNER WAS THE WOMAN WHO DID THIS TO. HER IM REALLY PISSED TO LEARN THE OWNER HER SELF DID THIS HORRIBLE.JOB ON MY DAUGHTER HOW CAN YOU SAY YOUR

I have red hair so my eyelashes are basically invisible. I wasn't sure what extensions would look like on me or if I could afford the upkeep, or quite frankly if I even wanted to bother keeping them....until I met Kim. She changed my life. I don't need to wear make-up. I just wash my face and go! I don't need anything else. Her extensions changed everything about how I look. I feel confident and my husband even noticed how happy I am now that I have lashes. I live in Marysville but will drive into Everett just to go to Kim. She makes them full and natural. They stay on so well and she takes SUCH good care of her clients. She has such a great sense of humor and she has accommodated me for every appointment time I have needed. I cannot recommend her enough. I will never go anywhere else.Service: Eyelash extensions

I brought my recently widowed neighbor here to get her feet done.They have been so kind, she's getting the royal treatment, and they're being so compassionate. They know their customers - and have a great rapport with them. They ask about family members. Truly genuine peopleHighly recommend this place.

Kim is my hero. I had a horrible experience at a different salon where my eyelashes were glued to my eyelids and two completely different styles. Kim brought me in last minute and fixed my eyelashes. She's amazing and explained basically how she was doing my eyelashes and triple checked to make sure they were perfect. I'm definitely coming back here next time to get them done.Service: Eyelash extensions
