After years of TERRIBLE blood draws where people just dig around in my arms for 20 min, it was a sigh of relief to have like a 1 minute blood draw: easy, painless, stress free. Thanks Lena!!!! Best blood draw experience I’ve ever had.

Like everyone else, I was wary of the bad reviews, but they were fast and professional. I got there 8 min before my appointment, and I was sitting in the chair and ready to get my blood drawn 1 minute after my appointment time. Phlebotomist was kind, courteous, and right on target.

The lab working hours are from 7:30 to 5 months to fri, and it has a good waiting area and also easy to find parking spots

They messed up my tests. I think they mixed up my test results with someone else’s. I had to redo my tests to get the correct lab test results. They don’t have the most knowledgeable people there.

You really have to advocate for yourself here. They will think nothing of having you wait 90 minutes, only to be told you have no orders and that they are closing. I came back another day after confirming with my doctor that they had orders as they are standing orders (same draw every six months) and had the same experience of being told they had nothing. I was showing the woman at the front desk the orders on my phone in mychart (the lab has no access to
Mychart) and she had the gall to ask me to leave and find a place to print, basically because they were leaving for lunch soon and would be closed for an hour. So, 4 hours of sick time lost over two days for a simple blood draw. Healthcare shouldn’t be this difficult or stressful.

This location takes a very long time to produce test results. They claim to have a 3 day delay past the typical timeframe.
EDIT: to add, I have contacted customer service twice through the website and provided this information, and have been told there is a 3 day delay. Unsure how to direct message through a Google review.

Last two times I needed labs, I went there fasting and left without a blood draw. Last time their kiosks were down. Today, the kiosks were working and no one was around so I checked myself in successfully (it said I was checked in) and went to the waiting room where I sat for 10+ minutes. I then overhear someone saying you need a printout for labs so I went back to the room with the kiosks. I waited a bit to find an employee and was told you have to check in at the front desk and get a printout. Why don't they put a sign on the working kiosks??? I stood in an enormous line at the front desk to be told that since my dr. is not Providence, I will have to have them fax the order. I was there before 8am so my dr. isn't open yet. They couldn't help me so I left. I have gotten Labcorp orders from this doctor without needing her to fax anything for 5 years. I can't believe how disorganized and broken their system is.

My son and I have both been to labcorp this past week. On the positive side, we had appointments and were able to be seen quickly. However, they had several mix-ups with our doctor’s lab orders and misspelling of our names that took 30 minutes to resolve for each of us.
There is no sitting area to wait in, and when they bring you back you are in a small room with several other patients. I tend to faint when giving blood, so I asked to lie down and the table was too far off the floor for me to get onto. Both of us experienced more pain than usual, and because of some confusion with my order I had to get a second stick. The technicians were professional, but not friendly. Then to get a urine sample we had to use a bathroom located right where everyone is waiting, so there is very little privacy.
I will definitely speak to my doctor about using a different company to do any future Labwork.

I booked an online appointment and was seen 30 minutes later. The lab is very poorly run, and I’ll be going to Quest Diagnostics in Lynnwood instead.

Went to take a urine drug test. Completely unorganized, staff were rude. And now it has been two weeks since the test, my physician has no results, I have no results. I have called multiple times, left multiple detailed voicemails, and no one has returned my calls or emails. These tests are important and imperative that I get them back to my doctor so I can go on the right medication but yet I am being treated like I don’t exist at labcorp.
