Klein Honda's service department is full of scammers.
I took my Pilot that I bought from Klein in for routine maintenance and was told I was due for 5 different services one of which was my brakes. Funny thing is I had redone the brakes myself only a month before using authentic Honda pads and discs. They tried to tell me the pads were worn down to 2-3 mm which t was pretty close to what they were at before I replaced them.
I left without getting any services done and took my vehicle to the Honda dealership in Smoky Point. When I showed them the services Klein was trying to get me to do, for 2 of the services they asked me why I wanted them done. I told them Klein told me they were due.
For one of the services, they told me it was only needed if the vehicle was doing something specific (I don't recall what it was, but the vehicle wasn't having any issues at the time). Another of the services Klein told me I needed is something that is rarely needed and is easily checked to see if it's needed. The service tech in Smoky Point took me out to my Pilot and opened up a little plastic canister, rubbed his finger inside it and checked to see if there was any black residue on his finger. There was no residue and he told me that if there's no residue then it doesn't need to be serviced. The other 2 services were fluid changes which were actually due and they took care of them for me. I also had them double check my brakes just to be sure I hadn't done something wrong and they told me they were completely fine.
Needless to say I no longer take my vehicles to Klein Honda and I recommend no one else takes there vehicles there either.
My mother owns a CRV that she bought from Klein and she has had similar issues with them. Including them trying to charge for a repair to get AC that should have been still included under the extended warranty she had purchased with them but also happened to be covered under a recall. Needless to say she doesn't take her vehicle there anymore for anything that's not covered by the extended warranty and once that is up she won't be going back at all.
Definitely not a trustworthy company to deal with. Take your vehicle to Lynnwood or Smoky Point instead. I'll never buy another car from Klein and I'll never get another service from Klein.

The service in my vehicle was quick. The only downside to the experience was with the sales team. We walked around the lot with zero acknowledgement. No one approached us to ask if we were looking for a new car. My wife was actually interested in the Prologue but no sales person in sight. Except the group of sellers having a little chat by the front

Polite service people but they sold us a minivan that ended up having major issues within two months of purchasing it. We were told it was fine and it didn’t have any issues when we purchased it. It seems shady that all of a sudden the engine light came on after having had it for just a short amount of time it’s like they tried to do a quick fix so that it looked reliable on the lot without actually fixing it.
Update: I contacted the dealership and they are going to service our vehicle. I really appreciated the response to this review and the team at Honda being willing to help us with our van

I brought in my Accord in the morning and Gary took good care of me. They replaced my alternator and had my car fixed by 3pm. Excellent service and fast turn around!

We were treated with respect despite being women. Our time was respected rather than employ high pressure tactics. The dealership is very clean and tidy.

They were able to fix my seat belt that broke which was great and Honda Extended warranty covered the cost. I do however want to mention that it was irritating that service scheduler made me an appointment to fix my belt and hadn't ordered the part so had me go in just to tell me my seat belt needs to be replaced and had to schedule me another appointment a week later when part arrived (so a waste of time and also had to get babysitter for no reason). Then the scheduler different one was really moody for no reason over the phone and was irritated when I asked for an afternoon appointment. Overall, the service advisors have been helpful, but the schedulers need better training on how to schedule appointments and how to be polite over the phone or quit if they aren't a people person.

Brian Bugatti is absolutely exceptional, he went above and beyond to work with me in my very unique situation. I highly recommend Brian, he is knowledgeable, very polite and up front and honest. Worked with Daniel Lee today. He made the buying process simple and easy. We appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. We also work with Q Ali who was truly a breath of fresh air. He was easy to sign with and very kind! We will definitely recommend our family and friends to Klein Honda and will be back to buy a Ridgeline soon!

Was so happy at the way my husband and I were treated when we were looking for a car. We went back twice to 'Key' and he worked with us so patiently until we found the car we would be happy with. No pressure! We were so impressed, we went back to find a less expensive car for our daughter. 'Key' was not there, but after we asked for him, Sean said he would help us. Again, no pressure and he said he would share the sale with 'Key' because he is why we returned. Wow, that is teamwork! We highly recommend Klein Honda to everyone. Our daughter is Ashley-
