We use KeyBank for our business. It's nice to arrive at the bank and find friendly and professional staff, which unfortunately didn't happen a few days ago when an “employee” from the Mulkiteo branch was at that branch to “help” and made a pass at my husband. "you should visit me sometimes there". Is this how you train your employees?

The business I work for has been banking with key bank for as long as I have worked there - possibly since they opened. everyone has always been nice and helpful up until recently. Whenever I go if Laura is working she is rude and confrontational. She said our manager doesn't know how to run a business (I'm the manager, strike one). She talks down to clients like they are children. She told me she knows how to run a business. yeah right. I would never support any business owner or manager that acted like that. Today she approached me in the lobby to ask what I was needing when I was in line and she was working in the back. The person at the desk said they would be right with us so I pointed and said they will be with me in a minute - I do not want to work with her anymore. She asked why I was there and I'm like..... deposits and change. She stood there staring me down in the lobby and with the rudest tone said, "is there a problem here?" She is creating the problem. This cannot continue. She will drive business away with her attitude and already is. Why would you start an issue with a customer just quietly waiting in line? I will not work with her anymore. There's no reason to treat me like that. Too bad one bad apple has to spoil an otherwise great location.

I had my wallet stolen on Monday. I came into the bank to report it. The employees were amazing helped me gain access and sent me another card.

I have heard good things about key bank, but unfortunately I stop by this branch to open a business account and they didn’t have a person who would knew how to do it and the manager said he was too busy to help. Maybe just having a bad day or didn’t care.

I have been dealing with Key Bank for about 17 years. They treat me like a member of the royal family, and never had an issue with their service. Thore the manager is exceptional and very professional. Highly recomended branch.

Do not ever bank with these people. I’ve been banking with them for like seven years. My personal account has been ripped off in my bank account for my business has been ripped off. They still haven’t returned over $3300 in cash taken from my business account. I tried cashing a check from Client, the same client they cashed a check for last week and now they won’t do it. As a business I have run hundreds of thousands of dollars through their business and never had a check bounce. There are the worst do not bank with them. I have removed all my money and I am in the process of deleting all my account of them. Horrible.

Ive been banking with KeyBank for almost 3 years I’ve had to replace my card twice & each time I’ve waited more than 15 days to receive my debt card! I order a new debt card aug 17th & still no debt card plus I also order another on card on rush on the 30th it’s now 9/2 which is ridiculous!! & Still No debt card I would think twice before banking with them this is the worst bank ever!!

Had the worst attitude with me, didn’t rubber band the cash together. They also didn’t wish me to have a good day. Won’t be coming to this location they clearly do not bother with manners.
