This branch has the most amazing branch manager. Sharmin has been extremely helpful with coordinating what we have needed to help set things up for a friend who is now disabled. Others who work there are extremely friendly and I have always had a good experience when I've come to this bank.

Negative 1 is what I would give anything keybank related. The managers and people that work there have no customer serviced. Lie and everything else. Save your sanity and go to another bank.

My husband and I recently purchased a home with Keybank as our lender. We were exited to stop at this location to open a new checking and savings account. To our surprise the bank was empty and we did not have to wait. We walk up to the counter and were greeted by a male and female. The male teller asked us how he can help and once we mentioned we wanted to open checking and savings accounts he then turned to the female and whispered and giggled and said ok. He then turned to us and said "I'm sorry because there is only 2 of us we cannot help with that but we schedule you an appointment at a different time"I was disappointed and furious that there was no one else waiting and yet they did not want to do business with us.I do not recommend this location.

Within 3 months of having an account the Branch ATM machine ate my card and kept $80. I was warrned about this place. Takes them 45 days to review the claim for the cash, BofA had the money back in my account within 1 hour when something similar happened there. Also, I didn’t get the $200 sign up bonus because I didn’t do the direct deposit. Glad I didn’t now because I found out I can’t trust them anymore. They should be called keyless bank because it’s like putting your money in a safe and throwing away the key ?

I wish I saw all the negative reviews of this bank before opening an account. The clearly advertised web ad said that I would get $200 if I opened up a checking account with a minimum payment of $50 and then deposited $500 and kept it there. Due to Covid-19 the banks were closed but I opened the account online with $50 and tried to put more but it would ONLY allow $50 to open the account. I waited and waited and waited and finally the card came in. I then immediately went to the ATM and deposited THOUSANDS of dollars. I let it sit there for what must have been months. I went back and checked and never got the $200. I called up and after waiting an obscene TWELVE MINUTES to speak to someone I was told that I didn't qualify for $200 because I hadn't signed up for direct deposit. I could tell that the guy was reading a page of excuses how to disqualify someone. I checked my paperwork and the website offer. No where does it state that. I am closing my account and considering legal action for Key Bank using my money without following through with the agreement. I have saved the website as proof. This bank lies. This bank has a phone app that constantly freezes up and this bank is impossible to get a hold of. Although the bank is HQ'd in Ohio I wrote this about my local bank because I deposited my money there. I very quickly took my money out and put it nice and safe in my east coast bank account which has an app that works wonderfully, and has never lied to me.

[not branch specific] I do not feel secure with Key Bank. This account (if I keep it) will remain a "petty cash" account - not a place I will hold/secure savings/assets. Key bank makes it very difficult to deposit funds: I may deposit only up to $5,000/mo via mobile banking (that's not reasonable for me), unless I agree to keep $10,000 in their bank (this makes me feel like they struggle to remain sovereign). Key bank holds deposits and processes debits before held deposits. In other words, If I deposit $500. Then the next day pay a bill for $500. In that 24 hour period I will be charged an overdraft fee (assuming I hold less than $500 in my account at that time), because Key held the deposit, but cleared the debit. Once everything processes, The deposit is validated (i.e it was never bad funds), but yet an overdraft fee was still assigned - yet, officially - the account was never overdrawn...even reflecting so on the leger. Credits come before debits... in other banking relationships I have. Key bank has a policy that feels corrupt and does not build trust. I understand the need to hold deposits in today's world. But charging overdraft fees while holding a deposit seems very in favor of the bank. If funds are valid, they are valid and should be accounted for. If other banks are doing this/start doing this as well... then I say it's time to start stuffing mattresses. This is not a trustworthy banking relationship.

We've had nothing but good service at this location. Friendly, prompt and courteous. I don't like banks in general but since dealing with them is a necessary evil in today's society, I'm glad we have a local branch where we are always treated well. Just thought I'd put this here since the only other reviews are negative and a few years old.

This is the absolute worst bank. We have had such problems with our online banking reflecting the correct amounts. They will be showing negative, when we know we have the funds. Due to it showing negative in our accounts, we are unable to purchase items that we need. They had our address on file wrong for over 6 months. I repeatedly told them to correct, and they still got it wrong. This resulted in renewed debit cards going to the wrong address. Several times our autopay for bills was denied even though the funds were there to cover it resulting in fees. Finally, it has taken 5 days for a check to clear. Regardless if it was Colombus day or not yesterday, 5 days is entirely too long to wait on a check to clear. I have a sick child today, and I was told there was nothing that could be done to get me my money. The worst. As soon as my check clears, I will be closing my accounts.
