I recently purchased a wash machine and stove here at the everett mall. Gayle was my sales associate such a patient and kind person. She went out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer n even made sure to match any lower prices out there even costco prices. I would recommend u see her when u come to this location. Also the delivery of my wash machine was excellent they were very careful w the removal of my old machine n were very professional and knowledgeable w the install of the new one. Which suprised me becuz thats not the experience ive had in the past w other stores like lowes and home depot their delivery ppl can hardly speak english n just rush w out any communication or care. So happy w my overall experience. Can't wait for my stove it will be here in a few days

Brent Kelly answered all of my questions And provided excellent customer service. from the first encounter all of the employees that interact with customers are consistently pleasant and are helpful. It’s an important to support local businesses that have trained and knowledgeable staff. Brent is a great representative of Judd & Black.

In February I ordered a new set of kitchen appliances. J&B agreed to hold my items until my new kitchen was ready.In March Brian called me to let me know that the previous salesperson had left the company and that he would see me through until the end.It was reassuring that he called me and has been with me every step of the way through delivery and after.Speaking of delivery, we set the date the day before I had a confirmation of delivery and time. The driver and staff were very careful bring these into the house.I am planning to be a J&B customer forever.

We love Judd & Black. They are one of the few who still have quality service, knowledgeable employees, and professionalism. When we have needed our appliances serviced in the past, they sent out a technician within days. We have other appliance stores closer but we prefer J&B Everett.

First time customers at the Everett store and very happy with our experience! Gayle went out of her way to recommend something that fit our needs and she went the extra mile to make sure the delivery and set-up to the San Juans happened as they needed to.

Gayle was fantastic to work with. She helped us find a fridge that would fit in our space, as we were very limited on things that would fit and wanted white! Fast and slightly cheaper than the big outlet stores! Great experience and will be back for other appliances in the future.

I had the best experience @ judd&black. I worked directly with Jayce to purchase my new washer & dryer. He was very helpful and informative. Was able to answer all my questions and help me find the product best for my household and most importantly my budget. I am mostly impressed by their local service center and after purchase help/support that is offered. Highly recommend.I am a general contractor and I work with Jayce for my customers and personal needs.

I recently replaced my kitchen appliances during my remodel. Went to Costco first and they were less than helpful. As soon as I walked into Judd and Black I was greeted by staff. Jayce was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the appliances best for my daily uses, kitchen design and budget. Delivery was smooth as well. Will be back!
