They have some expensive appliances which is a bit offsetting. It great customer service and they have own repair crew. Appliances aren't what they used to be so when I got one a couple years ago I purchased extended warranty. For no particular it started to fail. I called Judd and Black and they had repair people out very quickly and got parts and handled the warranty communications with GE the appliance manufacturer. After a couple of attempted it would not stay fixed and they worked with GE to get it warranty replaced and I just had to walk into the store to pick a new one. A few days later they swapped it out in my home and got rid of the broken one.

I just purchased a new refrigerator from the Everett Judd & Black. I am thrilled with the service I received. My sales person was Mary Adams and she was wonderful! The men that delivered the fridge were professional, friendly and fast! I highly recommend Judd & Black!!!

So far, they've been great to deal with. I needed to order a replacement Subzero refrigerator and separate freezer to replace two 25 year old units. Of course the new units are 12" taller than the current ones so cabinet modifications will be required. They offered suggestions on how to get this done which went beyond just the sale of the appliances. Looks like there's about a 12 month lead time on the Subzero appliances, but that's not the fault of Judd & Black. There customer service has been outstanding so far.

Thanks to Jace & Miller for outstanding service assisting me with choosing a new washer & dryer. I had a complicated location and situation. Their competitors acted like "order takers" and put little effort into problem solving. Jace & Miller really listened, put significant time into research and the installation crew was terrific. It was tight but everyone made it work! Judd and Black, Everett location, gained a new loyal customer.

My dryer is two weeks old and quit working. Of course I have to wait a week for a repairman and then Who knows if it can be fixed. Frustrating. We asked for a new one and we're told no. Waiting for a repairman to look at it. Have two little kids.Today they sent a repairman. It's up and running again. Thank you Sheryl for making it happen today.

Nice place to shop for appliances. We bought a new fridge, which unfortunately stopped working in few days. We needed a replacement asap! We were lucky enough to meet Tim Avis, a salesman at Judd and Black in Everett. His kindness, positive and reassuring attitude toward frustrating customers like us, was exceptional. He was able to take care of us immediately, and we had a brand new fridge delivered in the morning of next day. We appreciate his help and knowledge very much! If you need the best salesman at Judd and Black in Everett, be sure to ask for Tim Avis! Thank you Tim, you are a life saver!

Our fridge was freezing up, my husband took apart the fridge and took the parts in to get new ones. the gentleman who runs the parts department in Everett was so helpful, he tested the old parts and found they were fine, suggested to try a new heat sensor, that was the problem! amazing customer service and very knowledgeable!!! I just wish my husband would of gotten his name!

Few solid reasons for the single star:- Website allowed purchase of product not in stock- Customer service (initially) was not polite, un-helpful and did very little to foster up a reasonable solution (I'm guess not empowered to do so)- Took a few days to refund money, without any follow-up from the store (zero engagement from their end)- $200 install up-charge; many local appliances companies offer delivery, haul away & install for free. Something to consider when figuring out budget & where to buy. Initially, Judd & Black seemed like a good choice because their prices were competitive; but once into the details, hidden fees and poor customer service it's clear they were the wrong choice. Won't be bothering them any time in the near future. Hope this review helps someone who's considering shopping there.

Satisfied the first time but I reached out to the sales person to get a new appliance and didn't really care to assist. It's sad to see sales individuals don't care after the sale and next time around. I'm sure inventory is low and sales have been very good the past couple years. I'll be moving on to another company for my needs. Thanks

Pretty efficient. You go in and tell them you're there and they put your new appliance in your truck. They are masked up, but you can see their eyes smile when they're doing it.
