If only there was a way to give Zero Stars! I work for a company that has several branches. Our branches in California have an account with this supplier. Upon entering the Everett location we were told that they will not be selling to us. That the items were are looking for, they do not have. The large biker greasy haired dude behind the counter could not be bothered with our questions or business. We will use our other vendors from now on. How sad.

These jerks don't even deserve the one single star I just gave them. This is an electrical and heating and air-conditioning supply store that sells parts for furnaces and air conditioners and I'm sure a bunch of other similar things. These butt heads would not sell me a simple $25 part that could fix my outdoor heat pump called a capacitor. It's a very simple extremely easy to install part that anybody with simple mechanical knowledge can put in themselves and save yourself hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a technician service call. These butt heads would not sell the part to me because I don't own my own heating and air-conditioning company I'm just a private citizen. I'm also a licensed electrician so I know about stuff like this. Well screw them because I went to Amazon on my computer and typed in some information off of the old capacitor and bingo up popped a brand new one that I could order with free shipping next day delivery for half the price from Amazon. Amazon delivered it right to my house for $12 and this stupid business would not even sell it to me driving to Everett Washington and giving them twice as much money in person? Pretty soon Amazon's gonna take over everyone's retail business and then they'll be wishing they acted differently and valued customers.

These guys are AMAZING!! I was having issues with my debit card (my limit was set too low) and they walked me thru the process. My fault costed them over a half an hour... they were super patient. Thanks again!!!

A month after the fact, the great guy at the counter helped me to locate an old receipt for counting purposes. Saved my keister.
