Great service but the manager is VERY loud and consistently takes her calls on speaker phone. I was questioning confidentiality with the open conversations being had about people's personal information.My rep was great.

I am very frustrated with Jackson Hewitt because they said before we do your taxes we will give you an estimate of how much it will cost. They not only did not give me an estimate I was told I was going to get a discount and I still got charged a $120 out of my small tax refund of $180. I want a refund, this is typical misdirection sales tactic, H &R block did this to me last year.

Double the price from the year before. No discounts for existing customers. Very expensive don't recommend

Nancy Carlton at Jackson Hewitt in Everett was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, so hard working, and was still emailing me and working on my tax return so late at night on Saturday and again on Sunday afternoon as the federal tax return deadline was on Monday! I can't be more happy with her work and performance, and so grateful for her help! Thank you, Nancy! :)
