Bad customer service! Drove 20 miles to their company store and had just talked to the customer desk to clarify their location. When I walked in the door 45 minutes before their closing time they tell me they don't install batteries the last hour their opened. And the place was dead with no customers. But to be fair when I went back the next day it was a much better experience. The previous days problem was avoidable if the front desk had informed me that they don't install batteries the last hour before closing.

They were super helpful. Took the battery out of my trunk into the store. And after I purchased the new one took it out and put it in my trunk without me having to lift a hand.

My late husband introduced me to Interstate Batteries years ago.. I love that I can get a Blem for such an amazing price and have it be just as good as the regular batteries . I would recommend Interstate to anyone needing a good quality good priced blem or if you have the extra money for a regular one your definitely getting your moneys worth!!!!

Best batteries I can get. Excellent customer service and the staff know their jobs very well. I trust Interstate Batteries more than O'Reilly's, AutoZone, Etc. These batteries are the only ones offered at Costco, with good reason. I love Interstate, am a repeat customer and that's not changing any time soon!

Website says they rebuild Dewalt batteries. I was told they do not rebuild lithium batteries after bringing one to them.

They tested my battery said it was good. The employee told me that their competitors O’Reilly needed to calibrate their machine and that I was good to go. Then I had my starter and alternator check. To find out that Interstate was WRONG I needed my battery replaced!! I went back only because they came highly recommended by family and friends!!Update: I spoke with the D.M and was educated on their billing/ receipts. Interstate took 10% off on the battery. The core charge was done correctly. The employee charged me $40 for the Installation. At the time of the service he informed me that interstate does not discount any labour. The battery has worked wonderfully!! I want to thank the company (Stephanie/Stevie) DM for reaching out to me! It’s nice to know they cared and wanted to help!
