I want to start by highlighting Jollen Clark's professionalism and helpfulness. She fixed all the errors made by the previous tax professional and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely work with her again if she were at a different location. Unfortunately, I had to visit the office because a tax professional made a mistake by double-inputting my W-2, which resulted in a substantial bill from the IRS. When I came in as a walk-in early Tuesday morning, I had the displeasure of meeting Karen Kinman. She immediately dismissed my concerns and was unhelpful when I tried to explain the situation. After incorrectly assuming my situation multiple times, she stated that she had no time and asked me to make an appointment for the next day. While mistakes happen, Karen's behavior was enough for me to not recommend this place. Treating people in such a dismissive manner, especially when it's due to a mistake made by their tax professional, is not acceptable. If you plan on visiting this location, I would suggest asking for someone else.

Great place ...Joellen is the best tax person I have ever had before. Not onky was she very smart and well cersed in what help we needed but she also was kind to my wife in a very emotional time for her.

Don’t file your taxes over there! They don’t know their work, my first time filing with them was a lot of mistakes on them , I had to file for amendment. They are joke especially the Spanish manager.

Wonderful people at H&R Block. Pauline at the front desk, is quick, helpful and efficient. JoEllyn Clark, did a great job with taxes. She is very knowledgeable, quick, and explains everything. I will be going back for her help in the future.
