Dee has always done a good job for me, but my return for 2023 was very simple and I decided to do it myself on using the "free" option on-line. I needed 1 additional form that was to be $35 but it came with a disclaimer that some of the contacts "may be offshore", including India. That was very concerning so I went back to Dee. The 1 additional form in person was now $99!! When I received a feedback form I responded with the above info then received a phone call addressing my concerning and offering a refund of all my $$ over the $35 that it would have cost on-line. I was supposed to receive the refund within 2 -4 weeks. Well that didn't happen. How disappointing.

Dee in mill creek is very friendly and Knowledgeable. And she got my taxes done on time. The judge had even pointed out how well she paid attention to all the details while preparing my business taxes.

TurboTax is cheaper. Apparently if you walk in they make you a appointment and you have to come back. I really didn't like the fact that it said walk-ins welcome on the door but I was sent away with a appointment. I also couldn't not here what the guy was saying and he was very hard to understand.
