I had the rudest clerk today about 2:30 at the self checkout line. There were two lines one at each check out and when it was my turn she said there was only one and I had to go to the en if the other line. Normally I would just go but she was mean about it. Then the bar code came up as an error and she ignored me and helped everyone else but me. When I waved my arm she said I’ll be with you in a minute and helped someone else. Several other customers said wow I would complain. Customer service might not be a good career choice for this woman. So rude!

again service is mediocre to what it should be and they have some plumbing (toilet) parts in one section and some in another, it's weird and makes shopping frustrating that's for sure...I'll tell you tho the customer service here is truly better than the oak harbor home Depot which in my opinion happens to be the worst one of all

The past few weeks, I've visited Home Depot for garden soil, bark, toilet tank parts, and a few plants. I needed help, and the fellow who assiduously me was eager to help. The cashiers were friendly and helpful as well.

I wish everyone had customer service like Donna that works in the customer service area. I have seen her working and she always does her best. She talks really pleasant, she is the best.

Shari at the pro counter did a great job of going the extra mile to locate the inventory that the computer said was in stock, but in fact, was not ?.

The phone system is automatically disconnecting calls. When I dial 0 instead, it simply rings forever with no pick up. The store has gone so downhill over the years. It used to be if you had any question at all, you could pick up the phone and call them. They were more than happy to help. The store had sufficient representatives in the isles, who are more than willing to help you. This is no longer the case… It’s as if they cannot even be bothered. This is fine by me! Quite honestly, I’d rather shop at Lowe’s. At least they’re willing to answer my questions.

Don’t trust anyone working in lumber to make cuts for you. Gave measurements and even had to teach the associate what a 16th mark was. And he still cut the wood in the wrong measurements. Don’t know how he cut a straight line in to a angle but a incompetent worker can do anything when they try and not work. Heck go into a job with math and not have working knowledge of it.

The managers there pick favorites. And aren't fair. They praise people that are only part of there cliche or "group". They are not good supervisors or managers. They should be fired. I highly recommend not working here.

I used to shop here whenever I needed tools and whatnot. I have spent quite a bit of money at this specific store. I went to return a Ryobi drill that had caught on fire and almost burned my shop down. All I wanted was a replacement. The manager told me that there was nothing he could do for me unless I had a receipt. Ryobi is sold almost exclusively by Home Depot. You would think that after my tool, sold to me by this store, caught on fire that they would be a little bit more helpful. Now I shop at Lowe's.

It is cluttered and hard to get around. The staff aren't well trained nor familiar with where things are or even what some things are used for. They are unhelpful and unfriendly. plants are in the worst condition. I wouldn't buy them because they would not last. Overall, what a mess!

What can I say? It's the grown person's toy store. On the last trip, I was looking for a barbecue with a rotisserie by Nexgrill. Unfortunately, they were out of the one I wanted. I wound up with an entryway mat. The floor person spent about a half hour helping me. It's a great place to shop.

We just had the worst experience! My daughter was returning a item and was refused. She has never returned anything there before! She and her husband have spent several thousand dollars with home depot. We were followed around the store and felt like we had done some thing wrong! We were social profiled! They were standing by us while we checked out. It was very unnerving. I will go to Lowe's next time.

We bought our new refrigerator here a few weeks ago. Staff was nice and helpful in our process. We already knew what we wanted from looking online so we just made sure in person we liked it and made our purchase. It was the best over all other businesses and it only took 2 weeks to get it. We paid for delivery, installation and removal of our old refrigerator and it was worth every penny. The delivery guys were fast and efficient. They took our front door off the hinges and out it back on. They didn’t cause any damage to our house in spite of maneuvering the large heavy appliances through tight spaces and turns. I highly recommend buying your next refrigerator here.

Its the standard Home Depot, exactly what you would expect. They have what you need for your projects among the row after row of many things. They also deliver. The website can be used to show what this particular store has. we have spent many times in the garden center. Great selection of dirt, potting soils, and containers. They have a great holiday selection when its time for Christmas or Halloween things. Why the 4 stars? Because of the location on airport way and 99 can be a little sketchy. There is almost always an arrest happening on the street and this isnt the fault of home depot in any way. its just the neighborhood. Everett police have stepped up patrols in this area, but unfortunately you will want to park close to the store and not on the far end of the parking lot.
