Rat infested don’t do their jobs or take care of things that need to be taken care of. Maintenance doesn’t answer the emergency calls when called in. WORST apartment complex in Everett. I would not recommend living here.

Victor was amazing and fixed our fridge and a jammed door. Honestly so friendly and very polite. Asked before touching our food when fixing the fridge and overall a great guy.

The maintenance itself was great. The issue was easily fixed and done well.However the order was delayed far too long. If it wasn’t for Cheyenne we would still be waiting.
