Maggie at the front desk has to be one of the SWEETEST, AMAZING and kind people in towing I've ever met.. Yeah, it sucks I had to pay so much for the tow fees, but it ain't her fault and she made it a WAY better experience! Thanks for all the help Maggie, and I'm so glad I got to meet you!

had my car towed by them. I had a great experience getting my car back. I really want to say thank you guys so much for your kindness. You really treated me like a human being and understood me. I really appreciate getting my car back. I definitely recommend them. they do treat people with respect and kindness.

Called these guys when I work van took a dump and left me stranded in Marysville. Called and talked to dispatch can't remember her name but she's great at multitasking! Was informed that I'd get a call from a driver in about 25 minutes. Spoke to Desmond and informed me of the time he'd be there. He showed up in a nice looking Ford 350? And was very nice and his truck was super clean. He was professional the entire time but unfortunately went with another company due to a miscommunication with the first company I called. This company should be called if you need a tow quick. I appreciate the fast response and the time he took for me.

Hansen's Towing was the best part of my terrible day when my car was wrecked in rush hour traffic on the highway. Fast response and Jason was so nice and handled my car with care. He explained my tow options to help me make the best choice, and drove very well as we made our way to their office.At the office, Maggie was incredibly kind and funny, soothing my rattled nerves as we laughed at the Mario Kart racing shirt I happened to be wearing. And, when I picked my car up from the yard, it was neat, orderly and secure. They overcharge people way too much! Makes it impossible to get your car from impound! My friend's truck was up to 2000$ in just 5 days! Total scam! They take advantage of good people
