I got my oil changed here. It was very quick and I was out within 20 minutes. It was quite expensive (same price as the dealership), and my car was not vacuumed nor were the windows washed (my receipt says they were). There is now a large footprint stain (like they stepped in oil and didn’t cover their shoes) on the carpet of my car, and I received my car back with popcorn on the drivers seat and passenger floorboard?! I know my car isn’t fancy but I don’t appreciate how it was treated.

One of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to oil changes. I stoped by for the first time and was very pleased with the service and quality in care. They even vacuumed out my car! The men working were very friendly. Will definitely be back, and hopefully have another great experience.

Went here due to good previous experience with oil change, though everywhere they’ve significantly boosted their prices for that beyond what the work involves. This time, nobody greeted me at arrival like they did the last time, and inside it took a while for me to get someone’s attention for this matter. Though I had an told a staff member the time that I’d be in (they asked) and described the matter then, both seemed to never get logged anywhere, as the person whose attention that I finally got did not flinch nor acknowledge either. A huge error on my part was that I did not get an estimate due to a mixup in communication that was partly my fault. Cost ended up significantly higher than I expected. Labor was considerably more than I have seen in the past. I’d find that their markup on parts to be more than double actual cost, leaving me feeling that I was gouged. As I’ve rarely had an issue with this car, and if most people are in this situation, this may be the norm nowadays, i.e., less volume = significantly higher prices as well as catching up from lost business during COVID. However, this experience was enough of a shock to motivate me to try another shop whenever the next service is needed.

I recommend Monkey Grease because the customer service is excellent and professional. I did oil change and they also made sure to check everything else.

Every guy at the shop is so nice. You can tell that they're interested in all aspects of the auto . A lot of people don't know that they do more than change oil. My motor blew up in my nissan van and they replaced it for half the price of the nissan dealership. I love these guys they're just awesome marcus. Regards Marcus.

The two crew members were great at replacing My headlights even with the challenge of having to go through the wheel well. I will definitely be switching to grease monkey on evergreen way for all my vehicles needs.
