The pharmacist presents are angry. Never smiles. She must hate her job and people. I've went through the drive-through several times to pick up my medication. But during the day, there is a pharmacist she must be the boss she doesn't smile looks unhappy, and really serious. She will make me get out of my car and come inside and show my ID. Nobody else has ever asked me for my ID when picking up my Prescription. Shes is angry. She hates her job. Let her go. I already pulled out of your pharmacy because of her

Though the people that worked here were professional and even nice, the fact that they won't take Tricare for shots and vaccinations makes me feel like my time was wasted and my service was irrelevant.

I, like many others, have had a terrible time with this particular pharmacy. I don't know why I still use them, and will be looking to transfer my script to a different company on my next visit. Ever since the new head started a few years ago, it has been the same regular problems. Just as others have stated, it's the same issues.

So let me get this straight. I find a bunch of over priced groceries in your store because that's all you sell, I wait in huge lines because you won't staff enough checkers, then you make me scan all my own over priced groceries, and then I request cash back using my ATM card, and your only parting Thank You is to CHARGE ME 50 cents? Screwoff FM!

Their prices are good on groceries, but the check out lines since the beginning of the pandemic are terrible. Self check out is not a great solution for large orders. Good place to get some things that are hard to get elsewhere (hardware and garden, clothing). Some problems with crime in parking lot. There are some issues at this store with when certain things are on sale but are not rung up that way at the register.

Garbage. Actual garbage. Constantly out of stock of everything, take days and days to fill any prescriptions, and it seems like there's never an unproblematic order. Lied to my face and told me they couldn't speak to my doctor about filling a controlled medication. That's not how anything works!

They've gotten a bit better the last 6 months compared to prior 18 months... but have some d*** policies w ordering meds & frequently not having enough in stock for RX get there every month past 2 yrs. Also, actual hours change kinda frequently and they rarely update hours on phone line, online, etc, same for holidays & having holiday hours on non holidays like Black Friday. Advice is to talk to actual person if need to know hours they're actually open any given day... it's caused me to be delayed & run out of RX several times.

I am very impressed with this pharmacy and their professionalism! I remember when the line used to go all the way to the customer service counter. I am surprised they can still function with such small crew. Many pharmacies are struggling with small crews these days, but not this one. They seem to still function well under pressure. Got my medication in no time!

I loved that Fred Meyer had an option to schedule a grocery pickup. As a parent of young children, I depend on this service to catch up on additional tasks so we aren't overwhelmed. Arrived within my time window, waited over 25 minutes just to be told they were "too busy" and I should "come back later". I live over 20 minutes away from this store. I specifically booked a reserved time to use a service you offer. Why not follow through with your service? How would you build a sustainable business and grow your customer base when you deceive them and don't deliver on your promises? Why would I ever come back to this store when there are others that care about their customer base? If it is due to lack of workers, why not hire more? Why not invest in your business so everyone benefits? Just disappointing to spend over an hour with two children running errands and getting no groceries. I suppose I'll have to try again tomorrow so we have food for this week. More than likely, I'll end up going to a different grocery store today. Save yourself a headache and avoid this location until they can run a successful business!
