We've been going here for over a year. It's the worst in every way. Terrible customer service, they often don't have the rx ready eventhough I got a text alerting me, wait times are long, there's obvious tension between the workers and the drive thru pick up intercom is sometimes not turned on for the day.

So I did as they told me to when I went shopping there on April 22 they told me to leave my scooter with them because I couldn’t walk it around the store with me. When I did they the guy who said he would watch it went to the bathroom, and someone stole it…… they said they would look into it but it’s my only way back and forth to work and they have chosen to do nothing about it. I have talked with Amber in HR a few times and she has given me nothing no hope just a lot of running around it’s hard to belive in a big company when they don’t care about the little people. I’m 56 years old and can’t afford to replace it all I ask is to replace something you didn’t watch when you said you would have. I would have shopped elsewhere had I known this…..DO THE RIGHT THING PLZ

First time visiting my local Fred Meyer Pharmacy. The designed space seems very small, but really, the space is very efficient. And I loved that the RX information sheets were printed in small type. One sheet per RX, not four pages, as with Safeway. Not busy, very clean. The staff was very helpful. I will be back every month.

Requested a prescription that should cost no more than three dollars. Unfortunately, the pharmacy wanted to charge me triple the cost. Using my Insurance is useless as the price doesn't change much. I tried using GoodRX, but was told they don't accept.I will not be going there now.

Stopped by to buy 3 items and the produce guy was friendly and said good morning which caught me by surprise and said to myself wow customer service here is better! Then the Starbucks senior lady was neutral but ok and the younger lady was very nice. Went to pay and the self check out near Starbucks needed assistance but wasn't getting any so I walked further to see an open cashier and noticed they had another section for self check out. Here is when things got interesting. There was a senior guy and I asked if the registers were open to which he said yes and pointed out to one of them as if that was the only one functioning. As I was paying the card reader wasn't saying "take card back" so I asked him for help, he came over and I thanked him to which he said nothing back. I didn't think much really. 5 minutes later as I was leaving, he said thank you and I thanked him back and then he said: you dropped your straw which I didn't notice until he mentioned it. As soon as he said that I walked back to pick it up and said it is garbage now (meaning: it is dirty and can't use it anymore) and tossed it on the garbage pin. As I was already walking back picking it up he had the nerve to say on rude tone: "it doesn't take that much to pick it up" as if I was a dirty uneducated person who intentionally left it behind. To which I said: I didn't noticed it fell off until you mentioned it. Thanks for letting me know. He said nothing at after that. It was really upsetting the level of prejudice amongst some individuals. But what else can you expect? It doesn't take a degree or a special skills to be a nice person. I thought if anyone cares about customer service here, trying to "lecture" customers on not realistic issues isn't pleasant.

I have shopped this store since they opened. How sad it is not to watch it's decline.I switched to online shopping as it is simly too dangerous to go into the store. THREE times they have not had my order so I giv eup. No more shopping at Fred Meyer for me. EVEN With my retirement discount card I won't shop there. it's not worth it anymore,

Whenever I visit the Northwest, Freddy's is a must since they are not a thing in So. Cal. I like the one-stop shopping deal, and I have a Freddy's card and know how to get discounts. We got a great deal on a large, wild caught salmon, which was a big hit at our barbeque. This location is one of the smaller ones, and limes were high priced, but we found a parking spot and a cart inside, so it's all good.

Ash and Deanna made MY day. I stopped off last minute on a business holiday (Mother's Day) and requested they remove some flower decorations on a cake and add HBD to it. Without hesitation they say yes and got the cake how I wanted it. Now that's going above and beyond. Thanks ladies.

Horrible! Horrible horrible, the manager stares at you from the Starbucks thinking he's stopping theft when he's just making me feel uncomfortable. Broken entrance, overrun by homeless, CONSTANTLY ASKED FOR MONEY AND FOOD BY THE FLIPPIN DOOR . (Mean mugged) When I go around here I worry this will be my last time going out sometimes. Right next to casino road. RUN DOWN AND GONE BAD.

I stopped here for gas. While I was pumping gas, the attendant came on the speaker and told me that my car was facing the wrong way and I would have to move it. I only had about $5 to go, so I just ignored him. As I was leaving, he came on the speaker and told the man next to me the same thing.I have driven into this gas station many times from both directions. There are no signs saying wrong way (like Costco has). I was not about to stop pumping gas and move my car. I will not stop here for gas again!

I keep getting put on hold every time i try refill a prescription and then I get bounced to another department. I had to come into the store. I was calling them as when I had to walk in last time and they put me on hold and when I got the counter no was there the women behind the desk were just chatting. The pharmacist is very rude, talks down and out right sounds disrespectful. I was very kind with them. My doctor's office messed up. The female pharmacist acted and treated me like it was my fault. Never had this issue with my other fred meyers pharmacy where I use to live. Terrible customer service, I would understand if I was being rude but I was kind and speaking respectfully. I suffer from PTSD and taking abuse like that over my medication mishap on my doctor's half.

Very rarely leave negative reviews. Would much rather share positive experiences, unfortunately, this review is warranted. I've used the pharmacy at this location for a few years now, and it just keeps getting worse and worse. Today was the final straw for me. I had called in a prescription Thursday evening (a prescription that is very important to my health and well being), the automated system gave me an option to expedite my prescription for the following day, Friday, rather than the original option of it being ready on Sunday. I had enough of the medication to last me a few days, but wanted to make sure the prescription would be ready ASAP. Ended up going to pick the prescription up Sunday, after all. Didn't even cross my mind that it may not be ready, as I chose the option to have it done two days prior. Went inside to the pharmacy (another huge negative for this store; the drive through broke a few months back and they haven't fixed it, and doesn't seem like they're planning on it. The convenience of a drive through is always nice). The lady at the counter told me my prescription wasn't ready and wouldn't even be there until the following day, Monday. I told her this prescription is incredible important to my health and asked her why this was the case, as I had specifically requested it be expedited since I only had a few days of medication left when I called in the prescription, and now I was completely out. She said she didn't call it in so she didn't know why there was a delay. She told me to come back in an hour and she could have it ready. I was quite confused because a minute earlier she had said the medication wasn't even at the pharmacy and wouldn't be until the next day. I asked her about this and she has no explanation. Magic, I guess. I live about 15 minutes away, so figured I'd drive home and come back in an hour. As soon as I arrived home I got a message from Fred Meyer saying my prescription was ready. I appreciate it being ready so soon, but why tell me it's not there, and then tell me it'll be ready in an hour? Had I known it could potentially have been ready in 15 minutes, I would not have driven home and wasted gas just to turn around and drive right back. So I called the pharmacy to ask what was going on and how my prescription was magically there now after first being told it wasn't even there and wouldn't be until tomorrow. The lady who answered the phone was the same lady at the counter when I had gone in. Anyway, after talking in circles trying to get an answer about how the prescription was all of the sudden there when it apparently wasn't going to be until the next day, she told me I need to call my prescriptions in a few days in advance if I'm about to run out I had definitely told her numerous times that I called it in 3 days prior because it is a very important prescription. She then asked if I had actually spoken to anyone, or if it was the automated system I went through. I told her it was the automated system. She said that was the problem, even though there's an option to have your prescription ready sooner if it's necessary, that wasn't really an option. I asked why the option is there then, and she again just told me I need to directly speak to someone if I want my prescription ready by a certain time. Still no answers... Why have an automated system if it's useless? How did my prescription magically appear? Why was I told an hour, and then made to waste gas by driving home, only to have it ready in 15 minutes? Well that's not all of it, either. Told the lady I was on my way back in to pick up my prescription. This was at 12:45pm. She failed to tell me they close for lunch at 1:00-1:30. Why would you not tell me this if you knew I was on my way back?! There are other instances of this place's ineptitude, but my review is already a novel, so I'll just leave it at that. This place sucks, and needless to say, I will be transferring my prescriptions to another p
