5/5 Great customer service from Store Manager Danielle. I had received an email with the shipping label and needed to have it printed. 5/5 Danielle was very helpful and walked me through the process. I'm very happy. The entire he process was effective, efficient and easy. 5/5 Check out was self serve as well, just scan the label and obtain your receipt. I'd recommend this location because of the store manager Danielle. Parking easy in and out. Clean inside. Greeted and thanked. Lots of supplies on hand. Great experience.

I had been working on a family book project for some time. Jules was able to answer my questions AND he also made a couple of suggestions that improved my project sooooo nicely!! I am very grateful indeed. Thank you Jules.

The staff advised me advance something would need editing and allowed me to make the edit to save me the fee. They also picked out a better stock for it, showing me various options and otherwise giving excellent customer service despite it only being a small purchase.

This location is very convenient and always user friendly. I utilize the print and go service option on a weekly basis for my offices. The quality of the printed documents is always consistent, and reasonably priced. Be mindful there is a price limit for self service projects to prevent potential theft. There are always attendants available to help for larger projects; I recommend!

I'm done with location! They are down to only two machines for customer use. That is not enough. They've taken away the 'fax only' stations. I needed to send a multi-page fax, and all I could do was stand in a line for the two copy machines that are now the only places where a fax can be sent. I went to the counter and waited to ask if there was any way I could get a fax sent sooner. One employee finally dragged himself away from a conversation with two co-workers to come over to help me. He was so RUDE! Rude, rude, rude! So sorry a customer interrupted your personal conversation. (Hey dude, you also need to keep your mask up when talking with customers.) He said he guessed he could send it for me from the employee area, but he wasn't supposed to. Then he told me that the cost for him to do it would be something like $2.79 per page. WTF? I left and went to the Fred Meyer store a mile away, where the cost was 99 cents per page and the worker was nice. Too bad the Office Depot across the street closed. They were so much better.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Not only was I OVERCHARGED based on a conversation I had with another FedEx, but I also received the worst service I have ever received. I get to the front of the line, and there is a bald bodybuilder gentleman whose clothing is way too tight; he is insulting. This is the second time he's been rude to me immediately. In the middle of helping me, he turns to his coworker to start talking about his upcoming break, stops helping me entirely. Then they begin to argue over who will use the microwave in front of the building line of customers. Then mid-transaction, the bald gentleman walks away to help other customers. Is this what you call customer service? The gentleman who took over had NO clue what he was doing. They told me it would cost me $60 for the cheapest shipping when FedEx quoted me 27.50. I paid the fee, then spent the next 15 minutes waiting for these employees to finish my simple transaction. I had my wife and toddler waiting in the car, and my wife called to ask what was taking so long. I was overcharged, dealt with rude employees and shameful service. This FedEx deserves to be bulldozed, and all the employees fired. I will never give them a dime ever again.

If one is not familiar with this building, it's a little hard to figure out where the Dropbox is located. Once you walk in through the double doors, turn right, go past the elevators, it's the 1st door on your left marked "Mailroom". Enter the room and it's right around the corner on the right. It would be nice if the door had a FedEx sticker on it. The pickup time is 3:15 p.m. and no pickup on the weekend and Federal holidays.

We walked in 5 mins before closing time due to an urgent need and the staff helped us with our requirement patiently and took in our parcel. Very responsive and quick.

I brought a pint job to this location to be spiral bound. It is a job that I have had done previously and takes about 10 minutes. I agreed to give them the day to finish it, although I worked with "Johnny, the Assistant Manager. I was assured that it would be done much earlier than the 6pm deadline.. They did not call. I went back to the store at 6pm and they had not even started the job. They had 6-1/2 hours to do a 10-minute job, but I was told that they had been busy. It is unfathomable to think that they didn't have 10 minutes in that entire 6-1/2 hour window to complete the work. Then, there was no "I'm sorry", or "I apologize," or anything. It was just "how do you want to pay for this." I will NEVER go back to that store and I would suggest that other customers avoid this store also.

No complaining for me not putting tape on the final seal of the package. They like to verify what was being sent returned. They have always been helpful here.

I rarely need overnight services, so I don't know the nomenclature or procedures. I come to FedEx because I trust the service. However, in a store that was dead except for me and one other customer, two employees struggled and rough handled a fragile large package for about ten minutes to deliver it outside to a customer. It took the employees a total of thirteen minutes to address my needs and then tell me they can't help me. The employees here need to have better training.

I never right reviews but I cant stress this enough. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service. I sent a package early and after the time sensitive date had come and gone, it was returned to sender. nobody can tell me why. its a valid address!! 400+ people sent their submissions to the same address and I can guarantee nobody used fedex. this was my first time using this company and will DEFINITELY BE MY LAST. I will go to my grave cursing fedex. I will get a tattoo of all fed ex's employees and their families dying in hellfire. I will drive to all the fed ex locations with a 100 mile radius just to spit on the handles of their front doors. i hate you i hate you i hate you

Taz was extremely helpful. I had three very large boxes for return to a retailer. The retailer failed to give me the correct return labels. Taz helped me figure out what to do and helped me print the correct return labels without having to make a trip home to do so. She has a fantastic attitude, very contagious smile. If I ever need to ship anything non-usps I'd use this location. Honestly shocked at how easy it was and helpful she is. Fed-Ex corporate....she's a very personable employee.
