My delivery instructions tell the drivers how to open gate for larger packages. I just bought an outdoor furniture set and fed ex ignored the instructions
I then wrote them a sign asking them to look at the instructions or to call me (i wrote my number down) and again they ignored it
Moving that furniture, by myself, because my husband is deployed really hurt my back. I know the drivers are busy but it’s just opening a gate and driving up to the front door that’s 500 ft from the gate. Plenty of room for a large delivery truck as I just had the movers come.
This is unacceptable.

The first time I encountered such a delivery driver. Luke brought furniture, rang the doorbell (no one answered), called on the phone, and asked where to carry the furniture (by the way, it is very heavy, and I live in a hilly area, even bringing it to the garage is a big deal). Usually, drivers deliver packages to the easiest spot and that's it. But this one called, asked, and ultimately brought the furniture up the hill to the backyard! And he even refused tips. My pleasant surprise knows no bounds. Just a huge thank you, well done! Many could learn from him!

These guys were great. They were open late so that I could come in after work. And helped me figure out a couple things that I didn't even realize myself. They were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end. And I appreciate everybody being patient while be figured out that they weren't the ones that messed up my address. It was the sender...

The reason I am writing this review, is Marco - the extremely hardworking and courteous FedEx freight driver that delivered my flooring today. My delivery was running late, and despite multiple calls to the Everett location I was reassured that Marco would call me before the delivery and show up with the shipment. Sure enough, he called about 10 minutes before arriving, and he was amazing. He is the star of your company, and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. All throughout, he was kind, courteous, and he clearly cares about work ethic. Thank you so much Marco, I really appreciate you and I hope that FedEx appreciates you too.

Rather austere in setting, and it took a while for my order to be brought out (which I would have had in hand 3 weeks ago if they had called me for the liftgate delivery rather than just giving it to Wal-Mart...) But once some humans appeared they quickly and courteously got the goods loaded and that was that. Check out the paper birches amongst the native landscaping on the right as you leave the truck gate (at least I think it's paper birch). A nice touch.
