I am a disabled senior citizen who is xerox machine illiterate. Jason S was very understanding and helpful. On my next visit, I had the same experience with Ferrer, he was even apologetic when I told him about a previous negative experience with a different employee. Jason S and Ferrer are both excellent employees.

“I went to Everett Mall FedEx today. One of the employees said I cannot send more than two smartphones and one laptop due to lithium batteries. According to the policy, I can put a label with the lithium battery information sticker. I can send more smartphones than that. I also bought a shipping label. I think he is ridiculous.”

Staff were very friendly and efficient. I got directed to the correct line within 3 seconds of entering the store. Jason handled the shipping for me. Not only did he box and process my item faster than anyone else I've ever seen, but he did it carefully too, asking me what it was and how not to damage it. All while engaging me in friendly chatter.

Came in to drop off a package and the vibes here are super negative. Nobody acknowledges your existence because the two ladies standing around behind the counter clearly hates their job so they’re just glaring and angry. The lady with the long brown hair in a clip looks so mad she has to weigh the very small and lightweight package she just snatches it and prints a receipt as if she’s mad she had to push the button. She should realize that if you DON’T want to work in customer service then you shouldn’t work in a retail mail store. There was only one couple in the store besides myself and they weren’t even requiring assistance so I have no idea why there was so much negativity. FedEx hire people who at least fake that they like their job please. This location sucks!

The gentleman working there was incredibly condescending and rude. I wish I got his name. He’s a white middle aged male with grey hair and a grey beard. He was reluctant to help us and when we asked if he minded helping us, he said he has plenty of things to do and didn’t want to spend that time helping us. I was mind blown that this conversation was even real. We walked away uncomfortable to ask him to help further and he said “do you want me to help or are you going to keep repeating the same thing over and over again?” We said we would leave because he’s being rude. Talk about harassment and narcissism!

Jason was extremely helpful. I had no clue how to use to printers and he was so patient in showing me how to get my return address stickers printed. Give the nice man a raise :)

I had very bad experience with store! I came last week to return a shoes to Nike company by accident fed ex sent it to my home address instead to Compnay I said it’s ok it’s happens but when I went back to store to tell them to send it to Nike store instead my house they said we need a new label because we already scanned the old one .first of all it wasn’t me my fault why I should called Nike company asked me to send me the new label .it’s very stupid process plus manager works there wasn’t professional instead apologies he said there is nothing we can do .

5/5 Great customer service from Store Manager Danielle. I had received an email with the shipping label and needed to have it printed. 5/5 Danielle was very helpful and walked me through the process. I'm very happy. The entire he process was effective, efficient and easy. 5/5 Check out was self serve as well, just scan the label and obtain your receipt. I'd recommend this location because of the store manager Danielle. Parking easy in and out. Clean inside. Greeted and thanked. Lots of supplies on hand. Great experience.
