They were VERY accommodating!! Super clean comfy rooms and excellent value! Manager let us in early at the fault of another motel we cancelled at. Really made our trip much better being taken care of like that. Will stay again! All of the staff are kind courteous and worried about going the extra mile!Rooms: Our room was EXACTLY as described everything was there and more. Roomy clean and comfy beds!Nearby activities: Was very close to our planned event and pretty much anything else.Safety: They lock the building after hours. I like this. No key no entry.Walkability: Easy to get to most essentials on foot if needed.Food & drinks: Grab and go breakfast and plenty of vending with reasonable prices.Noteworthy details: Very clean with lots of extras like full kitchen set ups or a great little grab and go breakfast!

Nice convenient location and friendly staff but the rooms and hotel in general are dirty. I found hair in several spots, the sofa bed had stains and looked really gross, the curtains looked like they'd never been washed and the bed was super creaky which made it hard not to wake up my child. The bathroom door would not close properly. It really needs more maintenance and proper cleaning. There were so many people smoking outside and the lobby is always full of crumbs because that's where they put the grab 'n go breakfast.

I have been staying in Extended Stay America hotels for years. In fact, after a separation in 2019, I stayed the better part of the next 18 months in ESA hotels in Salt Lake City, Utah between the Sugarhouse and West Valley City locations. Recently, I stayed in two different ESA hotel in Everett, Washington. After years of loyalty, this was my experience a week ago. I stayed three nights at one location in Everett which I believe they refer to as North. The next night I stayed with a friend. The following night I stayed in the other ESA location in Everett which I believe they call South. The next day I pre-paid with Priceline to stay in the ESA location in Everett (North) again but when I arrived, I was told I was no longer accepted at Extended Stay. I told the reception associate that there must be some confusion. She called the manager and the manager confirmed the status; I had been marked as ‘refuse service’. I was shocked. The manager of the North location was surprised, saying that she remembered me from earlier in the week and there were no issues when I stayed at her location. She explained that the no service message was placed by the South location, and she was not able to amend it nor was she privy as to why. I thought it had to be a mistake, but she said it looked intentional. I couldn’t believe it. I had left the South location only a short while before, without incident. Packed up and checked out like normal. I would have extended at the South location except that the North location was closer to things I needed to do the next few days.I am a 58-year-old executive who never bothers anyone when I stay at hotels. I stay mostly in my room. I have a dog that usually stays with me. When I take her out, I always go to the area assigned for pets and I always pick up after her. I work remotely, so my days are spent in my room working. In all the time I have stayed at an ESA hotel, I have never had an issue with another guest. When I check out of any hotel, I put all of my trash in the waste baskets and put all of my towels in one small pile to make it easy on the cleaning staff. When I stayed for several months in the ESA in Salt Lake City, I paid every Friday without fail. All of this to say, that I have never given ESA a reason to refuse me service that I know of. The manager of the North location said I could call the South location and ask for the reason, but I did not. After such loyalty, I was honestly offended that I would have to call to ask as opposed to being told. Then to add insult to injury, I was not able to get a refund from Priceline and I ended up staying in an awful hotel that day because nothing comparable was available at the last minute.

The staff at this location does a great job at keeping it clean and makes sure to keep any unwelcomed guests and their riff raff away. I was a bit skeptical of what to expect when we first started staying here, but suprisingly everyone made us feel welcomed and at home right away.
