This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. Lobby was not even swept. The staff on 06/01/24 were the worst their attitudes were real bad. I did not even have bath towels in my room. On Sunday Monica was the best desk person there. Even though they were out of coffee she tried to help. Found cigarette butt on the floor in my room and hair on the bathtub. There is no excuse for this but, lazy help. Never will I stay here again and will let others know as well. Trash over loaded and never taken out.Mary

This place was a nightmare..where do I even begin.STAFF: Let’s just say, the only thing you can expect out of them is attitude, even if you’re pleasant. The only thing they care about is getting their smoke break in and whatever else they are on.CLEANLINESS: There is dog poop EVERYWHERE on the grounds, if I wasn’t watching every step I took then I would end up stepping in it. I have never seen so much dog poop in one area and I had probably 5 incidents of stepping in poop because people were allowing their dogs to poop in and around the parking lot. They keep the floor trash bins right next to each elevator and in the stair hallways so it makes the entire area around them reek beyond belief because they will sit and fester for days, overflowing.Room was not clean when I first arrived, had a lingering stench that took a long time to get rid of. During my entire extended stay I never once had housekeeping. I would leave the windows open to keep “fresh” air coming in but other guests would chain smoke right outside of the back door which would waft up into the window. This location seems to attract a lot of “interesting” people and the halls frequently smelled what I had the pleasure of learning was the burnt peanut butterish smell of fentanyl..that is if the marijuana and cigarette smell wasn’t overpowering it that day.“BREAKFAST” - They offer the most watered down, bitter coffee you’ll ever taste along with Quaker instant oatmeal (they only ever had plain flavor available) nutrigrain bars and the worst prepackaged muffins you’ll ever try- if you have the chance to try them. By 6:30 am there was never a drop of coffee left, all the bars/muffins were taken and all that was ever there was an empty pot of coffee, hot water and plain instant oatmeal.Overall, I have a deep pit of regret in my stomach when I think of staying here. It was the most depressing 2 months of my life. I discovered the Mukilteo location just 10 minutes west and wish I had stayed there originally. That location is beautiful, clean and has everything you could want in walking distance. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location.

If you are looking for a quick cheap stay, look elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The lack of cleanliness was shocking. My room was not properly maintained, with a sticky floor at the entrance, exposed drywall holes in the walls, and a fire alarm dangling precariously within a metal cage. The hallway leading to my room was filled with unpleasant odors, and the constant noise from neighboring rooms made it impossible to sleep. This has been, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever endured, regardless of price.Rooms: Noisy and not clean.

Site requires more Housekeeping staff and a full-time Porter.Currently Housekeeping struggling to manage scheduled rooms. No Porter = garbage literally piled in heaps by the elevators because not removed daily. Days of heaping garbage becomes a health hazard!!!Front Desk Check-In needs to take a little time to better educate guests with dogs. Lots of people travel with dogs nowadays.Fine. However, they do not manage their dogs in this environment very well. Large dogs need space & room to run. They get frustrated being in a small room all the time.Front Desk can inform guests there's a very nice inter-city trail just a short distance away - as the guests walk west on Beverly Blvd. Beverly Blvd takes you to the intersection with the trail.Very Nice walk north or south on the trail & good relief for a larger dog. This may help reduce the dog's stress AND possibly reduce the constant barking.Rooms: Rooms are in good shape. No problems there.Nearby activities: Depends on what you're looking for. The Everett Mall is nothing compared to Lynnwood's outdoor mall = Alderwood Mall.I'm currently following up with Everett Mall management & Everett Mayor's office to figure out what's going on with Everett Mall. It's under renovation ... just not sure what to expect for the "unveiling".Walkability: The Everett inter-city Trail is just a short walk west of the hotel via Beverly Blvd. Nice walk north or south. Excellent opportunity to talk you dog for a good walk to help reduce their travel stress experiences.I walk up to Walmart + other anchor stores (Best Buy) because it's a short 1 mile walk south of the hotel.Just have to be mindful of the traffic from the hotel across Hwy 526/527 intersection. There is a pedestrian walk push-button at this intersection so you can cross safely. Can only walk on the west side of the road because no sidewalk on the east side of the road - as you head south walking to Walmart/Everett Mall/Best Buy & available fast food stuff.Food & drinks: There are plenty of places to eat/drink on SE Everett Mall Way. As long as you have a vehicle, you're good to go.I walk, so there is one bus route that stops just outside the hotel = Everett #29, but this one doesn't run very often so I walk 1 mile to catch the Everett #7 across from Everett Mall because this route runs every 15 -20 minutes M - F, little longer interval on weekend.

Smelly dirty hotel. Garbage bins by elevators on each row. Filled to the brim of garbage. Creating a lingering odor. The front desk lady was pretty rude. Smoke detector kept chirping. The floor was sticky. Nothing was updated. The TV barely works. I did not feel safe enough to leave my belongings in my room while I went to work. I couldn't wait to leave. I'm never coming back to this location again. Go stay at the Motel 6 North. That place is hands down way better in every way and cheaper. Customer service alone at the Motel 6 North is leaps and bounds better.

The staff has been more than helpful and the people have been kind. The pet areas have been clean and people were nice. The washing machines have been a one and done deal. Normally I have to put clothes in the dryer more than once. They leave coffee out a little later too which is nice.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty good, except for the neighbors, they would wake up in the morning to "do business" but they were a nice couple. Beds were comfy, tv channels had everything I needed, and the gated parking was very nice. I would stay here again.

Boeing is located 5 minutes from your hotel everyone knows the workers work around the clock on different shifts. When checking your guests in letting them know verbally there is construction happening between 9-5 so the guest can say I sleep during the day is there a room where there isn’t noise? That is the compassionate thing to do when checking guests in a long term stay hotel with construction going on . My son works for Boeing sleep during the day I recorded it all they did not care that we could not sleep, They would not move us away from the horrific amount of noise. My son works into the night working overtime on the weekends for weeks in a row He sleeps until 1:30pm it’s amazing he could go to work , we were so sleep deprived and I was told by the manager my warning about the construction was the big plastic on the building. I had no idea the plastic meant drilling next to my sons head for weeks on end while he was trying to sleep. Sleep is the only reason we pay for a hotel. I had never lived at an extended stay before never stayed at a place with that level of noise nobody should have to pay to cope with sleep deprivation..I’ve never met people with so little compassion they acted as if I did something wrong. When a customer asked about the construction at the front desk , I told the customer we had drilling in the room right next to us for weeks during the day. It was the truth and if management and employees aren’t going to care about their customers ability to sleep then I would tell her. The next day the manager acted hostile to me telling me she would gladly find me other accommodations that she can’t have me telling customers , I said you should be letting customers know. The same manager would not allow me to use the new reservation I found a lower rate my original reservation was ending, she refused to give me the new better rate saying her extended stay has nothing to do with the extended stay call center and told me I had to keep my original higher price I booked in at . Due to frustration and inability to sleep and the managers hostility toward me I felt threatened in the environment we were living in.My only choice was for us to find other accommodations. When I checked out the front desk employee threatened to raise my daily rates for moving out early. Even though I had already stayed past my original booking. If these are the practices of extended stay I highly suggest you choose a better place to stay. The next morning after the construction was done the fire alarms were set off ever 3 minutes for 2 hours in our rooms .They emphasize non smoking rooms everywhere and both rooms reeked of cigarettes the walls in the bathroom had yellowish brown dripping down the walls . The smell hit you in the face every time you walked in the room .

The staff here have been extremely helpful and supportive while moving here for work. Rooms are pet friendly and accommodating for even big dogs. Definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for temporary or extended stays!
