I took my Grandmothers wedding ring to have it sized. I was nervous to take it anywhere as it is irreplaceable. He did a great job!! He had it done in less than 2 hours. You can’t tell it was ever sized. He also made it look brand new!! I will definitely go back!!

Had my 19 year old white gold diamond bangle cleaned and added more white gold. The owner did an excellent job and added a more quality latch to my bangle. He's very professional and reliable.

Lee is amazing. He worked on an item that multiple jewelers told me they could not repair. He is amazing. He worked quick and gave a fair price. Took my fossil watch go Fossil and they told me I needed a new band and that they probably don’t make them anymore. Took it took the man, the myth, the legend and he just replaced my spring pin. Would definitely recommend him to anyone with watch issues. Thanks brotha!

Some of the other reviews mention skepticism at receiving jewelery service from a mall kiosk and I felt the same way going in. But I gotta say, after going, all the positive reviews on Mr. Kim are legit. He's so friendly and fast and easily handled my request. I brought in an adult men's watch to have links removed (beyond the ones you can do yourself) and he got it done in 5 mins for $29. As far as pricing goes, I can't speak to whether that's a good deal or not but I felt it a reasonable price to pay in return for a beloved watch my son could wear (that would otherwise be useless). He also noted that if it still doesn't fit, I can bring it back and he will adjust it free of cost. Great service- I'm very happy I went.

I recently brought my ring to get resized (2 sizes larger). They were quick and got it back to me in 2 hours! Highly recommend for jewelry repair!

I took my Citizen watch in for repair. I asked if it was even worth repairing because it was an older watch and probably around $200.00 new. They told me yes and it would be around $135.00 to make it like new again. I picked it up a couple weeks later and it wouldn’t keep time. I called them the next day and they said bring it back. I did, only for them to charge me another $100.00. Today 03/20/2023, the month new crystal they installed cracked all the way across the face. Now they want another $80.00! Avoid this place!

Every year since 2020 we've had something done at this jewelry store. Whether it was sizing our new wedding bands, soldering together my wedding and engagement ring, this year repairing family heirlooms and sprucing up our wedding bands. The jobs are always Immaculate and fast and well-loved. We highly recommend this store if you want things done correctly and beautifully.
