Love this laundromat great new machine big and small , they have card systems and can use with Apple Pay very convenient ,The best thing is lower price than other area in the town , very clean environment , not too many people and safe place to do the laundry especially the owner and employees so nice very helpful and friendly .

The place was clean enough. I was shocked to see how many "out of order" signs on washers & a couple of dryers there were. Luckily when we were there between 1:50pm till a little after 3pm. It wasn't too busy so we managed to find two washers next to each other not being used. There's a change machine to convert bills to quarters. However, there's plenty of washers & dryers that you can pay with a debit/credit card. There was no one behind the counter. The place was left unattended. Everyone that came did what they were intending to do. I only saw one customer that came in who needed dry cleaning but there was a sign that read: "out to lunch". An attendant will be on the premises at 4p.m.

very bad service today, May 25, 2024, I went to ask for a bill to be exchanged for currency and the girl who speaks Spanish told me no and when a man asked her for the change, I accepted it, and I think that this year I should no longer notice. Gender discrimination and the girl is just talking and talking on the phone. I have never had customer service as bad as that.

They close at 9:00pm
The lady is very rude when 8pm approaches
She only allows you to start your laundry tell 730pm
To top it off if you go outside after 8pm the sliding doors locks and you have to bang on the glass for her to let you in
A business should not lock customers in or out before closing time
She’s constantly on you phone with ear pods in so good luck standing outside in the cold

Not so bad. Mostly staffed all the time now that covid has eased. Usually clean and the machines work. Has added new machines. Most washers and 1/2 the dryers you can pay with credit card. What is also nice is there are 2 gyms and one pokestop reachable so you can play PokemonGo.Went back after not being there for a few months. They are replacing old washers with new ones, which is nice.Haven't been for a whole. They have new doors. Be careful. They don't always open. Helps to wave your hands in front of you when approaching

Well, first off, the parking lot is entirely too small for the four businesses that make up the strip mall. there is a nonstop flow of transients & Hotel visitors/guests cutting through the parking lot from the red lion hotel instead of using the sidewalk to go around the side of the building to do drug deals or to be selling off stolen goods but sometimes too lazy to even walk that far and do it in the middle of the parking lot. Plus, they seem to always be casing out cars in the parking lot as they're walking thru. Potentially even worse than that many of the guests from Red Lion bring their clothing in to wash/dry there yet it's pretty well documented that Red Lion has & have been having a severe bedbug infestation throughout the entire hotel for some time. I just recently started having to use a laundromat for first time ever but I still feel like for the extra large jumbo washer that $12.50 a load is really really steep. Then combine that with the large size dryers $2.50 for 40 minutes and despite not having a very big or overloaded load only one of the loads. Actually was mostly dry after just one run. So I had to take the steel very damp load over to the $.25 for four minutes stackable dryers and run it for 12 minutes to$.75 to get it mostly dry So cost of $1.00 eaten by machine plus $8.25 to dry 2 medium size loads mostly dry oh yeah don't forget about the first dryer machine that I went to use that a dollar worth of quarters got stuck halfway down the coin slot and they have some stupid type of antitheft guard so you can't shove something down the slot to push the coins down so I went to ask for help from the Asian lady at the counter and then she put on what I believe was a fake I don't speak very good English act acting like she didn't know what I was trying to explain to her then said she was going to contact maintenance to come take care of the issue and so I proceeded to finish my laundry for at least an hour after that and then had to go up and ask her about it again and-she said that she wasn't able to get a hold of maintenance guy and I was like OK well it's only a dollar do you guys not have some type of till or some thing you can pull that out of and she said oh OK I'll take care of it myself. Just give me a couple minutes and about 10 minutes later grab my last load of stuff and was ready to leave of course she she was nowhere to be found at that point, so I just left couldn't believe she went to that much trouble to avoid refunding a customer over just one dollar so basically value not good $21.75 to do two average large size loads and get them mostly dry but not all the way. Service obviously nonexistent wouldn't find it as quality either. Oh no, that's a pretty much a failing grade. I think I will be checking out other options my next laundry day.

I have to make sure I mention this one young lady who was working there one late evening a few hours before closing. I haven't seen lately the right attitude in a worker for a long time. Usually they make it known they hate their jobs, by being rude nd bitchy.. Not only I came late, I came with mass laundry I'm talking 6 huge bags packed. She literally helped with loading them. And I left and returned later than planned. she had already bagged them up for me. All in all this employee stands out above the rest. I wish I could remember her name.
