I entered the facility after being put out of the apartment while moving my things i ended up staying past facility closing time. I had to make an emergency call. They told me when it happened it would cost $100. I made an informal and formal request to wave the fee. As I was never made aware of that fee and the private circumstances. REQUEST DENIED. The experience was not very friendly and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Awesome staff, Always cleaned units, these ladies who work here are the best always super helpful and they really look out for there customers I've never had a issue with them in the whole year and a half I've done business with them.

The staff was always flexible and understanding and helped make everything simple to move into. They even helped stay open late so I could expedite a bad living situation into a healthy chapter again. I now store with Trojan storage of Marysville simply because of my experience here at the Everett location when I lived further south. This is coming from a professional mover of 7 years. Bless Trojan storage, I wish them all the success simply based off their understanding and grace.

Arrived from out of State choose a 5by10 on line got here cold and wet and extremely tired. Sara had us into a extremely bigger one in seriously just minutes. Even told us where we could hire some help to unload. Clean Friendly and yes very helpful. They really do welcome you ?
