Horrible. The lady fakes the prices and types in random totals. Horrible costumer service. Ladies don’t walk, run. Don’t come here. Save yourself the time, stress and money. I should’ve known with all the horrible reviews on yelp.

Went there to buy blonde sew in, she told me it was human hair. Went to the salon got them put in and they were shedding like crazy, I went in to see if I can exchange and she started screaming at me told me no returns and it’s my fault

The lady that works there has no good customer service skills. There's no even much hair or hair products options at her store. That place is not that great I would go there as a last resort.

I went into this ladys store to buy a wig and some eyelashes and when I told the lady that I wasn't going to buy the clip and wig that she wanted me to buy because it did not match my hair color , she told me I couldn't buy the eyelash glue that I was trying to buy from her and she kicked me out of the store calling me a thief in front of everybody that was passing outside .. this lady is out of her mind. I am not a theif at all. I work very hard for my money .. i am so insulated. I would not recommend her business to anybody she's rude they got a face and we're calling me a b**** and everything else that shouldn't have been called to customer who was trying to buy items at her store.. this lady should not be in business.

I used to buy a lot of my wigs here. I went to the wall to find ponytails and wefts, and I was back there for maybe 15 minutes looking for Blonde while the woman was on the phone and she said to me do you need help with anything? I said no it’s OK I’m just looking for the right type of blonde. I’m not sure what look I want yet. I kept looking and found three lengths in ponytails I wanted so I set them down on the ground to grab my purse and keys in before I could do that she yelled at me telling me to not said I products on the ground, even though the hair is wrapped in plastic and I was going to buy them in 30seconds, I just had to grab my phone and keys I set down. I even let her son know that I was setting them down neatly stacked so I could get my things together. She was rude and harsh words were exchanged, there is no where for my to set my hair down, so I grabbed my things and walked out. Won’t be going there again. I buy wigs weekly there since the Asian people owned it. Sad bc I liked their products.

My bank has reversed the disputed $22.90 charge. An investigation has started to look into the legality of the type of inexpensive & unprofessional & dirty debit/credit card reader that owner of this store is using to ring-up prices. Another Google reviewer said that she was over-charging & was super-mad! The small grubby perhaps 4'' x 4'' plastic piece of equipment does not allow customers to see the prices as they age being rung up as in a normal store. Only after the owner assures that the charge hits your bank account do you get to see he price. I even had to ask for a paper receipt. She suspiciously does not use bar coding but types data/codes into the machine herself. One out of three times her items do not have price tags on them. This means that before you buy, the owner needs to go thru this whole tedious look-up process then type in the price that SHE wants. It took at the very least 20 minutes to attempt to ring up one item!

I do agree on what kost reviews have said. Person there is on her phone so it was hard to tell at times if she was talking to me or person on the phone lol hence the 4 star review. I do like to be a little more addressed when shopping. BUT she definitely wasn't rude towards me and very polite.Messy? Not to the extent people make it out to be. It looks like they are always stocking inventory and from my perspective that's not a bad thing. Shows they have a lot of inventory on hand.Shop has high quality wigs and products to its honestly going to be my go to wig shop from now on.

So I'd give 5 stars f[r product but as far as customer service goes I'd give zero stars on this one they're so rude words can't discribe fully... And they treat people whom rr there to spend money and have fun girl time being able to treat ones self with a wig or extensions only to be stalked as if ur a theif but haven't even done a thing wrong or we're even thinking like that. But they walk around following you staring at you being rude all that it just puts you off and just you don't even want to be there and I came in 20 minutes before the store was going to close one night and the woman wouldn't even let me shop she was just a nasty piece of work so just saying great product bad service
