Great place but if the lady’s there don’t ask for nothing because she don’t like talking to people and is literally ALWAYS on the phone with someone chatting up a storm. Been here many times and only seen the man twice. Only reason they are still around is because there aren’t many good tobacco shops around anymore

This place is the best and had the finest tobacco I've seen. They even Mac Baron vanilla flake. Best I've ever had. The customer service is on point too. Be good to them and check it out.

Decent selection but customer service in terms of politeness is lacking and could use improvement. Treating customers as just a commodity is unappealing but not rare, unfortunately.

The first time I visited this store the lady running the store was on a phone call the whole time and only reluctantly gives me a recommendation after I asked several times. The last time I went, she does not acknowledge me at all when I walked in, was on a call again, and when I was browsing, yells out at me that it's cash only because the power is out and tells me to close the display case. Never been to a shop that is this unwilling to do business. Will not be returning to this location.

I started coming here for pipe tobacco, they have a great selection! The owners are really nice and helpful as well. There's a good selection of pipes and accessories as well.

This is a place with a great selection of Cigars but most impressively a professional staff member by the name of Gill!Gill greeted me and offered me a tray for my selections but also shared knowledge of all Cigars. Thank you Gill your customer service as it doesn’t go unnoticed. Marlin

Wide range of cigars and great, knowledge staff. Some are a bit more than Holts online, but if you don't want to pay shipping and want some right away, this is your place.

This place is the best shop! I've been going here for about a year now. They have a great selection of cigars, the best selection of pipe tobacco and pipes, and maintain their humidors better than any other shop I've been to. Very helpful shopkeepers and the prices are competitive as well! Definitely my go to tobacconist!
