This is the worst encounter with a business I have ever had. Bottom line, they hit our car which was parked on a public street in front of their business (that my wife was sitting in at the time) and the first thing he said was "I didn't damage your EXPLETIVE car". Then the owner had the hubris to call my wife "an idiot" when she got out of the car to inspect it. The owner then proceeded to yell at me and make known his political preferences and how we were not accepted in the area. Do not attempt to interact with these folks at any cost.

We have been coming here for 10+ years and Jeff has always been more then accommodating. Our cars are always done fast and you can trust that they really care about doing good work. I have a problem with my engine where it burns oil very fast and Jeff is the only one who has been able to somewhat solve this issue for me. I always come here for not only oil changes but everything els. He will also check out everything for you too and make sure it all looks good. Our schedules are crazy and Jeff will get us in when he can , EVEN last minute most of the time (SO grateful) and usually has our car done in a day depending on what all needs to be done. Jeff is the only one I trust, I have had bad experiences at dealerships and other places. I will only come here and I recommend everyone to come here for all your car needs.

I had a part fixed by them and it lasted 2 years. I called and told them it is the same problem as last time. We scheduled an appointment and I had to wait a week. When I arrived they told me that I should have told them that it was the same problem because and I will have to wait another week. Which I did tell them that it was the same problem. So to surmise they will Lie to your face. Don't go here!!!!!!

Received great service yesterday, from the first phone call to the final pick up. Diagnostic fee applied to repairs. No unnecessary add-ons to the work, and even took care of one little thing we hadn't gotten around to (replacing struts that hold up the hood), and all done on time and under budget. Thank you, gentlemen, we'll see you with the next issues that come up! Great experience.

This place is horrible bought a vehicle and in less than 30 miles the spark plug blew and when I called to see if he would fix his screw up the answer was you get the parts and I'll split the labor with you and it will take about 3 hours to fix. Let's see after you sold a vehicle that you did NOT tune properly and did NOT tighten everything you think I'm going to have you NOT fix my vehicle! By the way got the vehicle fixed and it took less than a half hour. This is a shity place DONT GO HERE

Let me just add to the horrible reputation of this hose bag car lot. Old school same BS we used to put up with from used car dealers. They give car dealers everywhere a bad name. Save your time and money. Not a place anyone should do business

Levi (the mechanic) was great during the initial repair, and when the repair failed a few days later was more than willing to help, The owner on the other hand was not so kind. When a Tweaker steals 500+ dollars in property or possessions from you, its grand theft and they become a felon, when a shady auto shop owner does it, its business.

Needed a budget car for a road trip. They had a beat up Toyota Corolla wagon for under $1000. They were very nice and set me up with plates to drive away immediately as I live in New England. Drove back to Port Orchard and repaired necessary items then went on a 12,000 mile road trip. It's been almost two years and 30k more, I am still driving this wonderful car. We named the car Everett in their honor. Thanks guys I will be back

These guys were on point with my vehicle. I drove my car to Idaho and back. They did such a smash up job on my car that I bought one pizza for the crew, and one just for Kerry. Thanks again fellas.

I had a Starter problem with my vehicle and had it towed to this shop since it was a AAA rated shop. They replaced the starter and charged me $470. The next day the car wouldn't start again. I had it towed to the shop. Jeff said it must have been a bad starter (he uses remanufactured parts without telling you), and he replaced the starter for the second time (with another remanufactured part apparently). The next day the car wouldn't start again. I again had it towed to the shop and he again blamed it on a "bad" remanufactured starter. I asked him if there was something else that was making the starters go bad. He likes to use the term "rocket science," and brag about how long he has been in business and how much knowledge he had and he said it had to be the starter...this time he stated that he replaced it with a "new" starter and that it was good to go. So, to recap, three starters in three days. And guess what, on the fourth day, the car won't start. So clearly there is some "rocket science" that Jeff and his crew are not competent enough to figure out. Save yourself some money, and a lot of aggravation and take your car somewhere else. In that particular neighborhood I recommend ONB, because believe me, I wish I had had my car towed there the first time, I expect it would have been the only tow I needed. Three tows in three days, a lot of money, a lot of hot air from Jeff, and I still have to take it to another shop to get the "non rocket science" problem fixed. I called Jeff to let him know how shoddy his work was, basically the response was...too bad, take it somewhere else. I plan to do that, and you should too... UPDATE: Well, I had the car towed (again) to a Technet shop here in LA. They diagnosed the car within a half day and determined that the issue was not the starter itself, but the cable, and that this was likely the issue from the outset. The owner of the shop here actually laughed when I told him how many starters Everett Auto Clinic put on the car and the car kept failing. He stated that it was easy to diagnose that the problem was with the cable and not the starter itself, for any competent shop. Technet stated that since Everett Auto Clinic misdiagnosed the issue, and kept needlessly replacing the starter, there was no coverage under their warranty, and that I am liable for the repairs at the shop here in LA. Their warranty coverage is only for the work that is done, i.e., the starter, and that they're not responsible for the competence (or lack thereof) of the repair shop. So, after almost $500 and four tows, I have to pay another $200 to have the car fixed correctly. Everett Auto Clinic refuses to take any responsibility. You should consider this very carefully BEFORE you decide to take your car to this shop for repairs...

We took our Saab in March 2017. Kerry (the mechanic) was friendly and seemed knowledgeable of our issue. He recommended an aftermarket part (ignition cassette) which we initially rejected. He insisted that this part was equal or better quality than the OEM part so we went with his advice. The issue did not resolve so we took it elsewhere for a second opinion. We were given a print out of what the second option thought the issue was. At this time we questioned the original diagnosis (which we paid a $150 diagnostic fee for) and contacted Kerry. He welcomed us to bring it back for a second look and told me to bring the print out for him to compare his diagnosis with. Upon arrival, a hostile, grumpy old man (who apparently was the owner) tried to ignore me and finally begrudgingly asked what I wanted. I explained why I was there and presented him with the document. He pushed it away and angrily exploded that he didn't need anyone else input to make a diagnosis. He YELLED at me that I was questioning his technician. They stood by their diagnosis and offered nothing further. UPDATE: The issue continues and so we went to Scanwest Autosport for a third opinion. They said that the aftermarket part had failed. Which we tried to tell Everett Auto Clinic. Now we are out the warranty on the part and have to pay to replace it again (another $500). I hate to bash small business and it appears that Kerry is earnestly working to do a good job (reason for 2 stars instead of 1) but Everett Auto clinic failed on customer care, knowledge and confidence. BTW we have been to Scanwest twice and rate them 5 stars!
